When he was about to ask if she could still walk, a familiar scent that greatly evoked his memory drifted into his nostrils. His body shook before he started to study the woman in earnest. In just a few seconds, it dawned on him. He pulled her body that had been trying to run away straight to stand before him.
Even though he could only see half of her face through the curtain of hair, he managed to recognize her. “Qingchong?”
Qingchong?
That was her name, but when it fell into her ears, it almost caused the tears that had stopped to start again. She couldn’t even remember the last time someone had refer to her as Qingchong. If not for the fact he had just used her original name, she would have been on the way to thinking her name was Xiao Yin and no longer Qingchong.
