Now reading: Chapter 167 167 : The Dynamic Casimir Effect from Longevity in Naruto, a Action novel by Dicard4.

As for the revolutionary new technique Dan was working on, the one that would theoretically allow him to achieve accelerated ti flow within specific regions, its foundation was based upon a scientific concept that had been well known in his original world. At least, it had been known as a theoretical concept, though not one that had been fully proven experintally during the ti Dan still lived there before his mysterious transfer into this new world.

The na of this concept was the Dynamic Casimir Effect, a strange and fascinating theoretical phenonon related to the nature of the quantum vacuum, negative energy, and their potential influence upon the very fabric of spaceti itself.

The basic idea behind this concept could be summarized relatively simply. If extrely rapid oscillations occurred on an incredibly tiny scale at the nanoter level or even smaller within the quantum vacuum, then those precisely controlled oscillations could theoretically create a localized region containing a density of exotic negative energy, fundantally different from the positive energy that people normally encountered and understood in everyday life. According to theoretical predictions from his original world, such negative energy might possess the ability to reverse certain fundantal physical effects that were normally taken for granted, including aspects related to ti itself, its flow, its direction, and its rate.

The physical reasoning behind this remarkable possibility stemd from the deep relationship between mass, energy, gravity, and ti, all of which were interconnected in profound ways. The basic principle was simple: the greater the mass and energy density of an object, the stronger the gravitational influence it generated. Larger and heavier objects produced stronger gravitational fields than smaller and lighter ones.

Gravity, in turn, affected ti itself. According to general relativity, stronger gravitational fields caused ti to slow down. The closer soone moved to an imnsely massive object such as a neutron star or a black hole, the slower ti would pass for them compared to soone farther away.

Therefore, if this exotic negative energy could truly be generated and controlled with sufficient precision, then theoretically it might be possible to reverse this effect entirely. Instead of ti slowing down and stretching, it could contract and flow significantly faster within the affected region.

In this context, negative energy acted almost like inverted gravity. Rather than attracting, it repelled. Rather than slowing ti, it accelerated it. It produced effects that were completely opposite to those normally observed in conventional physics.

This was precisely the central concept upon which Dan intended to build his ambitious new technique.

His plan was to cause the spatial boundaries of the inner world he had created to oscillate at unimaginably high frequencies and with extraordinary precision on the quantum scale. Through those controlled oscillations, he hoped to generate the required negative energy throughout the inner world and thereby create a carefully regulated acceleration of ti inside the isolated dinsion without affecting the natural flow of ti in the external world.

He intended to make the very walls of space vibrate and tremble at speeds beyond comprehension, millions of tis per second and on scales smaller than nanoters. These precisely controlled oscillations would generate the negative energy necessary to accelerate the passage of ti within the inner world according to whatever rate he desired.

Of course, Dan was neither naïve nor ignorant regarding the nature of the world he now inhabited. He understood perfectly well that this was a strange and unique universe where a fifth fundantal force existed: natural energy, or what he preferred to call the Law of Fracture. This force allowed the four conventional physical laws to be broken or bypassed in ways that would seem impossible from the perspective of classical physics.

Logically, there were almost certainly simpler thods for achieving similar results.

For example, the powers of Yin and Yang fundantally allowed a sufficiently skilled individual to accomplish nearly anything imaginable, provided they possessed enough power and creativity. With enough strength and imagination, those forces could likely produce the sa effects far more easily than Dan's extraordinarily complicated approach.

Yet that was not his preferred path.

No matter how tempting such shortcuts appeared, Dan had always preferred his abilities to rest upon a solid foundation of genuine understanding.

He wanted every technique he used to be fully comprehensible to him down to its smallest chanisms and details. Only then could he react efficiently if sothing unexpected occurred. Only then could he refine, optimize, and improve every aspect of a technique instead of treating it like a mysterious black box that produced results without revealing how it functioned.

If he truly succeeded in mastering and developing this spaceti-based technique, he already had nurous practical applications in mind, many of which would solve problems currently troubling him while opening countless new possibilities for the future.

For example, he could create a massive independent world and accelerate ti within it to an extre degree, allowing that world to naturally evolve into a powerful, complex realm rich with life, resources, and challenges. Such a place could beco a private world for mbers of the Walt family a realm where they could explore, fight, and unleash their full strength without restraint.

Alternatively, he could reverse the technique entirely.

Instead of accelerating ti, he could create a special location where ti flowed extraordinarily slowly compared to the outside world. In fact, this reverse application would likely be far easier to achieve technically than accelerating ti.

Dan had already been experinting with concepts related to this idea for years.

One example was his advanced healing technique, which allowed him to reverse localized ti within specific portions of his body. By literally returning a wounded area to an earlier state before the injury occurred, he could heal severe damage as though it had never existed. The technique worked by slowing and then reversing ti within an extrely small and carefully controlled region.

Overall, Dan believed that his deep study of ti, its nature, its laws, and the thods by which it could be manipulated would eventually unlock vast new possibilities and capabilities beyond anything he had previously imagined. Such knowledge would provide both him and his family with an overwhelming strategic advantage that no enemy, regardless of strength, could effectively counter.

And he was completely determined not to abandon this field.

No matter how difficult the road beca, he would continue pursuing it relentlessly. Nor would he treat ti as so vague mystical force or incomprehensible magical phenonon, as many powerful individuals in this world tended to do. Most relied on instinct and natural talent rather than genuine understanding.

Dan intended to do the exact opposite.

He would dissect every aspect of this complex domain, large and small. He would break it apart, analyze it, understand it, and consu it piece by piece with patience, precision, and unwavering determination until his comprehension reached the highest possible level.

He would study every physical theory concerning ti from his old world and test each one in practice. He would conduct thousands of careful experints to understand how ti interacted with natural energy, how it could be manipulated through advanced fuinjutsu, how different gravitational influences affected it, and how it could be reversed, slowed, or accelerated with perfect precision.

Every small discovery would beco the foundation for a larger one. Each breakthrough would lead to a deeper insight, creating an endless chain of progress until, eventually, he reached a level of mastery and control over ti that no one in this world had ever attained before. Not even the Ōtsutsuki themselves.
