He explained to them plainly that this upgraded seal would drastically increase their physical power, general vitality, and overall combat prowess. Furthermore, it would extend their expected lifespans from the current one hundred and eighty years to a full three hundred and fifty years. This served as a powerful motivation for them to dedicate themselves entirely to their physical regins over the past weeks.
Currently, if one were to compare them to the powerful figures who will appear in this world in the future, his wives have reached impressive heights. The strongest among them, Kali, is roughly at the level of a powerful Kage. Rin follows closely behind, slightly less powerful but still within the sa rank. The others are just below Rin's level, while even the weakest among them can be compared to strong characters approaching the Kage threshold. However, this estimation is based on raw power alone. Dan knows well that ninjas vary greatly in how their strength is asured; factors such as experience, battlefield intuition, and a diverse range of jutsu play massive roles. Therefore, these estimates remain quite flexible and are not fixed constants.
Dan's wives mastered a relatively limited and specific set of techniques; they did not possess the vast variety of jutsu utilized by professional shinobi. Yet, this narrow specialization had its own positive side and distinct advantages. Their entire training focus was poured into only two primary paths: first, grueling and intensive physical training to build pure bodily strength, speed, and endurance; and second, the constant refining of their chakra to increase their reserves and elevate their level of control. Their chakra capacities had all risen significantly and noticeably in recent years, largely due to the fundantal improvents in their latent talents caused by the initial Vitality Seal Dan had applied years ago.
Furthermore, there was a very special focus on a combat skill Dan had innovated specifically for them: the ability to enhance physical strikes using chakra. This technique is similar to Tsunade's style, involving the concentration of massive amounts of chakra into the fist or foot at the exact mont of impact to multiply destructive power exponentially. Thus, in the weeks and months that followed, the twelve wives focused on their training with more discipline than ever before, preparing for the enhanced seal. They trained for long hours every day without boredom or fatigue to temper their bodies and raise their ntal readiness.
For the wives who had recently given birth and still had infants or toddlers requiring constant, intensive care, they relied on their eldest daughters to assist in looking after their younger siblings. Each of Dan's wives had daughters who were relatively grown; so were teenagers aged ten or twelve, while others were even older—mature young won in their twenties. Dan's eldest daughter, Sofia—his first child with Heina—was currently around twenty-nine years old. She was exactly like her eldest brother, Sam, who was only a few days older than her; they were born in the sa period twenty-nine years ago. These elder sisters were very happy to help their mothers care for the little ones, which granted the mothers more ti to focus on their rigorous training.
As for Dan himself, he remained, as usual, fully concentrated on his regular and disciplined training program, which had not changed much in decades. The harsh physical conditioning, deep-water diving, chakra refining, and technique developnt continued with absolute regularity. He noticed the continuous and marked improvent in his body and capabilities every single day—a direct result of the integration between the three tiers of the Vitality Seal. They had ford a closed, virtuous cycle of constant improvent that, so long as it remained fueled by his massive chakra reserves, would never stop functioning. His lifespan stretched further with every passing minute; he was now entirely confident that he would indeed reach seven hundred years as previously estimated, or perhaps even slightly more.
Recently, he had also begun to think frequently about his need for more diverse and varied techniques to assist his training and improve his efficiency. He sought new, innovative thods that might open new doors to power, but the problem was that his personal ti did not allow him to scatter his focus in too many different directions. He was already extrely busy with his own intensive training, his sealing research, developing existing techniques, teaching his children, and managing the large family. He simply did not have enough ti to explore every new idea that crossed his mind.
This realization sotis caused him to mock himself with a light, bitter irony: despite the fact that his expected lifespan was supposed to reach seven hundred years—a vast amount of ti by any standard—he still felt he had no free ti to do everything he desired. This awareness was one of the primary reasons Dan decided to share his knowledge and science with his eldest children so openly and in such detail. He taught them everything he knew about seals, techniques, and fundantal principles, hoping that perhaps one of them could think of sothing new and creative, or innovate a useful technique, or develop a concept that had not occurred to him.
Dan explicitly encouraged them to think independently and to try whatever ideas ca to their minds. He believed in the wisdom that multiple thinking minds might produce diverse and innovative ideas that a single person, no matter how intelligent, might miss. This diversity in thought and innovation would surely reflect, over long periods of ti, on the intellectual and technical richness of the Walt family. It would grant them an increasingly precious legacy of unique techniques and knowledge that would benefit all mbers and future generations.
This was especially true because the average lifespan in the Walt family would be incredibly high compared to any other family in the world due to the Vitality Seal. Even the simple first version granted one hundred and eighty years, which is a very long ti. Therefore, as ti passes and decades and centuries roll by, the Walt family will increase in power and influence, its intellectual and technical legacy will grow, and its knowledge and experience will accumulate massively. This will make them, in the distant future, a family that no power in the world can face.
However, all of this was contingent upon one essential and very important condition: that Dan maintains the family's cohesion, strength, and isolation, and ensures that every generation follows the sa principles and path he established. If the family were to scatter, weaken, or leave its isolation recklessly and get involved in futile external conflicts, all these plans and hopes would go to waste. Thus, Dan was very careful and strict in maintaining order and discipline. The day when the Walt family would beco a hidden superpower was inevitable, so long as Dan stood at its head.
