After Dan successfully concluded the application of the next enhanced level of the Vitality Seal on all twelve of his wives, he devoted himself entirely once more to his intensive personal training and the diverse array of research projects he had begun so ti ago. The newest among these projects were particularly exciting to him, representing entirely uncharted territories of power.

Currently, Dan's primary and central focus lies in developing a completely new and innovative training technique—one that, to his knowledge, no one has ever attempted to work on before. If he succeeds in developing and mastering this new thod, its benefits will be imnse and countless for both his present self and his long-term future. He felt with great clarity that his current power level was likely the highest in the entire world at this present ti; even Ashura and Indra, the legendary brothers and sons of the Sage of the Six Paths, were no longer true peers to him. He was fully confident that he could defeat either of them with relative ease if he faced them at his current level.

However, the sole problem that bothered him slightly and kept him cautious was that, when compared to the Sage of the Six Paths himself—Hagoromo Otsutsutsuki—Dan sincerely felt he was still inferior in terms of overall total power. Perhaps the gap was not vast, but a definitive difference remained. Therefore, the current new technique he was contemplating and planning to develop would be the key to allowing him to break through this difficult limit and finally surpass the level of the Sage of the Six Paths, while also assisting him boundlessly in every future aspect of his strength and abilities.

The innovative technique was, quite simply, the direct enhancent and developnt of his entire brain and nervous system. Yes, this was exactly what Dan concluded after long, deep reflection and ticulous observation of his own body and capabilities. During his continuous training in illusions and Genjutsu over the past months, Dan noticed that his spiritual energy was indeed increasing gradually and noticeably through constant practice. Presently, after all those various experints and trials, he had beco capable of applying relatively simple levels of illusions and Genjutsu successfully by directly controlling his spiritual power and using it to influence an opponent's mind and perception, making them see things that do not exist or feel phantom sensations.

Although he still required a great deal of further developnt and refinent in this difficult aspect of Genjutsu—as his current level was basic and limited—it represented good and encouraging progress for a start, especially since Dan was forging this path entirely on his own. However, the important and interesting thing he discovered during this strange Genjutsu training was that he previously held a completely mistaken idea about the nature of spiritual power and its relationship to the brain. He discovered this error by chance through his practice and precise observation.

Dan had initially thought—and it seed logical and reasonable at the ti—that spiritual power must be directly linked to the physical human brain, because the brain is the center of thinking, emotions, and mories. Thus, it was logical to assu that spiritual power originated from it. But after all this long training in developing his spiritual power, Dan noticed sothing strange and puzzling: his brain itself had not evolved at all from all this training. His thinking speed had not increased noticeably, his mory had not improved significantly, and he felt no physical or biological change in his brain despite the fact that his spiritual power was clearly increasing. This proved categorically that his initial hypothesis was entirely wrong; spiritual power was not directly linked to the physical brain as he had assud.

Consequently, after deep analysis, he concluded that spiritual power has a deeper and more profound relationship with sothing else entirely: consciousness itself. This is that mysterious and intangible realm that makes a human aware and cognizant of their existence. Consciousness, as Dan now understood, is not necessarily linked to the physical brain in an absolute or exclusive way. Thus, the big and puzzling question that presented itself forcefully was: if consciousness is not entirely linked to the brain, then what is it linked to? Where does consciousness actually exist? What is its true nature?

After a period of attempting to deduce more to understand the matter, he wisely decided that he did not want to delve too deeply into this profound and complex philosophical side right now. He realized well that this was a very difficult area where deep philosophy, religious theology, and the great questions of existence intertwined. The issue of consciousness and its nature posed questions far larger and deeper than re power training—questions about the soul, the self, life, death, and existence itself. These were major philosophical inquiries.

Yet, despite his decision not to delve into philosophy now, Dan noticed another very serious matter and a strange, slightly worrying aspect of this world. This aspect was directly related to what he had seen and learned from the ani in his original world. Dan rembered well from the ani that there are certain techniques in this world that allow the complete transfer of consciousness, mories, and personality from one body to another, or even the retention of consciousness after the death of the physical body for very long periods—just as the Sage of the Six Paths himself did, remaining conscious for centuries after his passing. Also, there are techniques like Edo Tensei that can revive the dead in temporary bodies and restore their consciousness and personality entirely. This proved categorically that consciousness in this world is not rely a product of the biological brain, but is sothing separate that can be transferred, preserved, and restored—or at least sothing very similar to that.

This observation was very important and interesting for Dan because it opened up stunning new possibilities, but it also raised even larger questions. Dan intended strongly to research this complex and mysterious subject more deeply and seriously in the near future, but not exactly right now. Currently, his primary focus was on sothing more practical and direct. He wanted to develop a technique to enhance his brain and nervous system directly—not because it would increase his spiritual power, as he had discovered that was incorrect, but for other very important reasons.

Enhancing the brain would increase his thinking speed and his ability to process information. it would improve his mory imnsely, increase his capacity for learning and creativity, and—most importantly—it would improve his total control over his entire body. The brain is the control center of the body, and the nervous system consists of the pathways that carry commands from the brain to every part of the organism. If he improved this entire system, his control over his body and his chakra would beco many tis better, faster, and more precise. This would grant him a massive advantage in combat, in training, and in everything else. Perhaps this was the ultimate key to finally surpassing the level of the Sage of the Six Paths.

Dan sat that night in his laboratory, drawing complex diagrams and writing detailed notes about his new ideas. He pondered how to apply the Vitality Seal or a similar technique to the brain and nerves, and he felt very excited about this new project despite its obvious difficulty. The brain is the most sensitive and complex organ in the body, and any error in it could be catastrophic, but Dan was confident in his ability to succeed in the end. His entire path relied on overcoming difficult challenges by breaking them down into parts using unconventional thods.
