This advancent in speed and precision provided him with sothing fundantal: incredible chakra control and a degree of accuracy that surpasses anything he had achieved in the past.
He can now isolate a single cell and pump chakra into it without affecting anything around it. He can divide his concentration into hundreds of thousands of separate parts at the exact sa mont. This level of control is absolutely essential, because what he is about to do in the second phase requires a precision that transcends human capability.

But Dan is excited. There is no fear. There is no hesitation. He knows he will succeed; he is entirely confident. Why? Because he has prepared for this mont for entire decades.
