Several months had drifted by since Dan successfully implented the fourth and most grueling Vitality Seal, the one governing the entirety of the brain and nervous system. During this interval, he witnessed tangible, vivid improvents in nearly every facet of his daily existence and his martial prowess. This advanced art had impacted him with profound depth—not rely refining his physical vessel, but accelerating his ongoing research, which grew more labyrinthine with each passing day.
Every internal pillar of his being was bolstered. Physical conditioning beca swifter, more efficient, and less draining. Theoretical research grew deeper, clearer, and faster in its deductions. Practical experints achieved surgical precision, with fewer errors and superior results. Everything had accelerated; everything had ascended.
One particular enhancent—perhaps the most intriguing to Dan personally—was his unique and uncanny ability to sense the spatial fabric surrounding him. This mysterious perception, which he had acquired years ago, allowed him to perceive the invisible lattice forming space itself—a web of interconnected lines and nodes that bound all things. Previously, he could only sense this network vaguely, leading him to defer its study.
Now, however, with the gargantuan leap in his neural processing and sensory perception, he could feel this spatial grid with startling clarity. It was detailed. It was precise. It was vivid.
With this newfound resolution, he began to contemplate practical thods to weaponize this perception. How could he transform this passive sensation into an active power? How could he manipulate the threads of the web rather than rely observing them? Could he birth entirely new techniques predicated on this understanding? The questions were exhilarating, promising a path of deep discovery.
As he imrsed himself in the depths of this perception, he began to sense even finer, more profound details—nuances that had eluded him before. He discovered a staggering truth: this spatial network was inextricably and directly linked to ti itself.
Duration, the temporal flow, the past, the present, and the future—they were not separate entities. They were not independent. They were intertwined, overlapping, and part of the sa singular essence.
This discovery imdiately triggered a connection to a profound scientific concept from his original world—the advanced Earth of his previous life. Sitting in his private laboratory, lost in thought, he retrieved the ancient data stored within his mory.
He recalled:
In Einstein's General Relativity—the revolutionary physical theory that reshaped humanity's understanding of the cosmos—ti and space are never truly separate. They form a single, integrated, and interconnected fabric known scientifically as Space-Ti. A single system of four dinsions rged into one: three spatial dinsions and one temporal dinsion.
This realization carried a monuntal implication: to control space—to manipulate the spatial fabric and the network—was, by definition, to manipulate ti as well. A true alteration in one necessitated a change in the other. Distorting space affects the rate at which ti flows; accelerating ti alters the geotry of space. They are inseparable parts of the sa equation.
Dan deduced with cold, direct clarity: if he truly wished to develop a potent and effective technique based on spatial manipulation, he had to understand ti with equal depth. He had to account for it entirely in his design. He could not ignore the temporal aspect; he could not treat space in isolation. He had to master Space-Ti as a unified system. This was the correct path—the true scientific thodology.
"The Second Hokage... truly a genius," he murmured softly to the empty room. He paused, his thoughts spinning faster. "How did he manage to develop a technique based on this principle in the future?"
He felt a clear sense of admiration—a deep respect for that particular mind. As soone who had watched the entirety of the Naruto ani in his original world before his transmigration, his initial favorite had been the First Hokage, Hashirama Senju. He had been drawn to Hashirama's naive, kind personality and his overwhelming strength as the founder of Konoha. Hashirama was inspiring, beloved, and heroic, possessing a childlike charm that made him impossible to hate despite his occasional simplicity.
But now?
After living in this harsh reality for long decades...
After imrsing himself in the rigorous scientific, technical, and theoretical study of Ninjutsu, Fuinjutsu, and various phenona...
Dan now held a clear and distinct preference for the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju.
Tobirama was a technical genius without peer in the history of the Shinobi world. He had birthed dozens of revolutionary techniques from nothing:
The Flying Thunder Technique (Hiraishin)—a feat of instantaneous spatial and temporal manipulation!
The Reanimation Jutsu (Edo Tensei)—a technique that dared to manipulate souls and the cycle of life!
The Shadow Clone Jutsu (Kage Bunshin)—an incredibly practical and versatile tool!
Advanced sensory arts, powerful water-style techniques, and deep research into Fuinjutsu—all of it ca from a single man. Dan viewed him now, with a deeper understanding of technical hurdles, as the Nikola Tesla or Albert Einstein of this world. A rare scientific prodigy. A true innovator. An exceptional mind. Such people were rare, and their value was beyond asure.
He made a firm resolution: in the future, when Tobirama Senju was born and officially appeared in this world, Dan would certainly seize the opportunity to et him personally. Perhaps he would even guide him, ntoring the young genius to see just how far he could reach. The chance to direct such a mind was too precious to ignore—it would be a source of great amusent for Dan as well. He knew that Tobirama, while cautious and skeptical, respected strength, and Dan was certain he possessed more than enough power, intellect, and knowledge to earn that respect.
He shook his head slightly, returning to the present. "Leave that for the future. Not now."
He returned to his current planning for a technique rooted in space and ti. Currently, he possessed a relatively clear theoretical frawork for this art. He intended to begin practical experints based on these theories very soon. It was the classic scientific approach.
It might take years. Perhaps decades. But the final result? It would undoubtedly be worth the labor. A technique based on the fabric of Space-Ti itself. A power on an entirely different level.
A power that brushed against the fundantal laws of the universe.
