Chapter 1541: Chapter 89 Path of Immortal Ascension

Pearl Dungeon.

The surging Spiritual Energy finally began to subside.

Sitting cross-legged between the imperial willow and the Azure Fire Paulownia Tree, behind Wang Ba, the nine-colored radiance gradually converged.

He slowly opened his eyes, sensing the changes within his Nascent Soul, a hint of amazent flickered in his eyes:

“Nascent Soul Late Stage.”

“This Cloud Mist Tiansong, as expected of a Class VI spirit tea, no wonder it almost made the Ice Daoist lose control and step into Immortal Ascension.”

Compared to before, the purity and capacity of the Mana within his Nascent Soul had undergone a transformative evolution once again.

This is also the last ti such a significant change occurs at the Nascent Soul stage.

Afterward, it will be the process of accumulating and refining Mana until it reaches peak.

At the sa ti, it is necessary to begin summarizing and elevating one’s own practiced Dao.

Recognize the Dao Intention, condense Dao Intention, and ultimately fuse the epiphanies to form the Dao Secret.

And the majority of Nascent Soul Cultivators are stuck precisely at this threshold.

They follow the practices of the Cultivation thods, tracking the footsteps of their predecessors, aware of the ‘what’ but not the ‘why.’

Thus, they can never truly comprehend what their Dao actually is.

Naturally, they are unable to condense the Dao Intention, or grasp the Dao Secret.

And the Dao Secret is precisely the starting point to step into Immortal Ascension.

Once the Dao Secret is understood, one can begin the sprint towards Immortal Ascension at any ti.

However, those capable will continue to accumulate the Dao Secret until it is perfected before attempting to trigger the Immortal Ascension Tribulation.

Of course, it is also possible not to accumulate, just like a seed, so are shriveled and weak, inherently insufficient, while others are plump and vibrant, full of vitality.

But both these types can germinate and sprout; it’s just that the process and result may differ significantly.

The Ice Daoist’s recent Crossing Tribulation is a clear example of this.

Wang Ba carefully pondered this unexpected breakthrough.

His cultivation could be described as slow at first but faster later on.

In the early stages, he accumulated various Dharmas, went through countless difficulties following the practices of many seniors in his sect, and under the direct teaching of Martial Uncles like Ling Weizi, Hu Zaixi, and Wei Rong, he nearly saturated his learning of every practiced Cultivation thod.

This approach is starkly different from the talented thod of comprehending the Dao through battle as his Master Yao Wudi did.

The path he took was truly one of hard work.

His talent was actually not that impressive; at the beginning of his Cultivation journey, it could even be described as poor.

But so-called insight and Talent are sotis not absolute; continuous years of learning and comprehension, the mutual validation and enhancent amongst the various Cultivation thods, have synergistically improved his abilities, in a sense constantly tempering his innate potential.

Now, even without the ability to extend his Lifespan, with his profound understanding accumulated from the many Dharmas, he could certainly be considered one of the rare geniuses within the Little Cang World.

This is why, with his realm’s elevation and ample resource supply, his cultivation speed has beco increasingly rapid.

This is what’s often called “reserving in deep asure to be released in a thin flow,” a result of truly profound foundations.

And this is the unique aspect of ‘humans.’

Even if one’s starting point is low, as long as one travels on the right path, one will eventually shine brightly enough to command attention.

Of course, most people will face various temptations on the path of progress, knowing what is right, yet they still stray, indicative of an unsteady Dao-heart.

There are even people who do not know what the right path is.

Wang Ba’s consciousness soon focused on the inside of the Spirit Temple.

Compared to before, the space within the Spirit Temple was noticeably much larger.

The already sparse Yin God Power had almost been reduced to a re thin layer.

This ans that his Divine Position of Yin God has once again been promoted, reaching the stage of a second level god.

All that remains is the continuous accumulation of Yin God Power.

More importantly, he must now accumulate Dao Intention and comprehend Dao Secrets for the upcoming roads of Yin and Yang, Five Elents, Wind and Thunder, Divine Patterns, Starry Fight, Qi and Blood, and Soul.

This is the true challenge on the Dharma Dao toward Immortal Ascension.

Because there are simply too many Dao Secrets that need to be understood.

Even without the need for complete comprehension, just one Dao Secret would be enough to deplete the life of an ordinary Nascent Soul Cultivator, yet Cultivators of the Dharma Lineage are required to condense more than ten different kinds!

The difficulty increases not just by ten or dozens of tis but by hundreds of tis.

Because once one Dao Secret is comprehended, attempting to grasp another would encounter resistance and interference from the first.

However, the Dharma Lineage, due to the Dharmas into One, encounters less resistance among Dao Secrets compared to common cultivators. Even so, the complexity escalates considerably when there are many.

This is the very reason why in the past tens of thousands of years, aside from Yao Wudi, the Dharma Lineage hasn’t produced a second individual capable of stepping into Immortal Ascension.

In reality, Yao Wudi’s approach was sowhat of a shortcut.

This is also sothing that Wang Ba has only recently co to fully understand.

Because instead of comprehending each separately, Yao Wudi tried to unify Yin and Yang and the Five Elents Wind and Thunder, all under the Dharmas into One. He sought to comprehend a single Dao Secret that could command these essences, directly forming a simplified version of the ‘Dharma Dao Domain.’

This approach fits perfectly with the previously extolled path by Yao Wudi of ‘All Dharmas Are , I am Void of All Dharmas.’

Not confined by so-called essences, all are at his disposal.

It very much aligns with his bold and unorthodox style.

In this way, he could minimize the exhaustive research and contemplation of the nurous Dao Secrets, while fully leveraging the Dharma Lineage’s advantage of learning from various strengths and being skilled in all.
