Chapter 1829: Chapter 27: Ten Suns (Part 3)

The Emperor Bow, a Crimson Divine Bow that descended from beyond the heavens on the eve of the great battle among the Three Tribes.

Although Yao knew its true na, the world had its own appellation for it. Thus, the bow laid the foundation for Yao to unite the various tribes. Because Yao once publicly declared that whoever could lift this bow would be the master of the Three Tribes, it was nad the ‘Emperor Bow’.

After uniting the tribes and establishing the Witch Country.

Yao deliberately placed this bow outside the Capital City for anyone in the world to attempt.

Yet, to this day, no one has been able to lift it.

Thus, the person who gains the Emperor Bow’s recognition is by no ans ordinary.

This is why Yao was eager to et the person.

Xuan Min was not as expectant as Yao; with a slight frown, she gently held the eager Yao down, turning to the guard:

“Where is he now?”

The young guard looked helpless: “This… he took the Emperor Bow and left.”

“Left?”

Both Yao and Xuan Min were sowhat taken aback.

“Where did he go?”

Xuan Min couldn’t help but ask.

“I don’t know, our people couldn’t catch up, we just saw him running towards the South.”

“South? Why is he going South?”

Xuan Min frowned unconsciously.

Suddenly, Yao’s eyes lit up:

“I know what he is going to do!”

“What?”

Xuan Min was sowhat puzzled.

“You, you quickly take to see!”

Yao could not bother to explain, clasping Xuan Min’s arm and urging repeatedly.

He was already too weak to leave and could only rely on Xuan Min to move.

Xuan Min hesitated:

“But your health…”

“If I don’t see it, I shall remain deeply regretful!”

Yao stared at Xuan Min, speaking in a deep tone.

Upon hearing this, Xuan Min finally nodded reluctantly.

Gently supporting Yao, a profound bluish Blood Energy enveloped him, and the next mont, the two of them disappeared from the wooden house.

The whistling wind was intense around them, particularly sweltering compared to usual.

Especially for the ever-weaker Yao, it felt as if even breathing was burning.

Xuan Min, sensing Yao’s discomfort, quickly enveloped him with the bluish Blood Energy.

Yao felt sowhat better, lifting his gaze to the South.

Sure enough, in the southern sky, ten imnse fireballs were burning fiercely, emitting extrely hot flas.

So were spiraling, so flipping up and down.

Utterly without pattern.

Faintly, the irritating cries of birds could even be heard.

Even through this layer of bluish Blood Energy, there was still a sense of sweltering heat.

Yao’s complexion grew paler.

Looking down, the land beneath was already a sallow desolation; places once covered in ice and snow now stead like a freshly opened stear.

“If this continues, by next spring, who knows how many people will starve to death!”

Yao worried deeply.

Xuan Min remained silent.

She saw more than Yao did and understood the colossal disaster brought by these ten suns in the sky.

But now, Yao was so frail that she couldn’t bear to let him worry further.

Xuan Min moved incredibly fast, blinking to cross an unknown distance.

Yet still no sign of the warrior who had claid the Divine Bow.

“Did that person really go South?”

Xuan Min couldn’t help but wonder.

Nonetheless, under Yao’s insistence, she had no choice but to continue flying southwards.

The closer they got to the ten suns, the more intense the scorching sensation beca.

At last, they saw a vast mountain range rising abruptly from the plain, piercing the clouds.

“We have reached Three Peaks Mountain!”

Xuan Min suddenly exclaid.

What a Blessed Mountain indeed!

A poem says: Arrayed peaks stand tall against the distant sky, misty rain views the Three Peaks up high.

Yet now, on the Three Peaks, there was no misty rain, the vegetation up there was all shriveled and withered.

Both Yao and Xuan Min couldn’t help but gaze towards the highest point among the peaks.

At the very zenith, a man dressed in simple clothes, seemingly in his thirties, held a Crimson Great Bow, looking up towards the ten suns in the sky.

This man had a lion-like nose and a broad mouth, with a resolute face, his long hair casually tied up on his shoulders, his deanor extraordinary and unmatched, inspiring admiration.

Seeing this man, Yao couldn’t help but tremble.

“What’s the matter?”

Xuan Min noticed Yao’s reaction in her arms and hurriedly asked.

A hint of bewildernt flashed across Yao’s eyes as he looked at the silhouette observing the ten suns on the mountain top. A trace of hesitation appeared:

“…I should know him, and he seems very familiar… but I can’t rember his na…”

“You know him?”

Xuan Min was a bit surprised.

But there was no ti to ask more, as her attention was once again caught by the distant silhouette.

Her eyes revealed a hint of shock:

“What is he doing?!”

As they watched, the man suddenly drew a Crimson Arrow backward, quickly bending his bow, aiming at the ten suns in the sky.

Then—with a twang!

A crisp sound like breaking gold and jade!

The next mont, a crimson streak of light sliced through the sky, whoosh—

In the sky, a fireball suddenly froze, followed by a violent tremor of flas upon it, and next, a pair of fiery red wings unfurled from the fireball, yet with a heartrending wail, in the stunned eyes of Yao and Xuan Min, plunged straight down!

Rolling flas poured to the ground…

And at this mont, everyone across the Four Great Continents, watching this scene, was left in astonishnt!

“The sun… the sun was shot down!?”

In front of Three Peaks Mountain, Yao couldn’t help but push away Xuan Min, stood upright, eagerly watching this scene, loudly praising:

“Good! Good!”

Xuan Min also looked with a shocked face at the silhouette on the mountain peak.

And at this mont, having already shot down one sun, he did not stop; almost simultaneously with the first arrow, another arrow was already nocked on the Crimson Great Bow!
