"If esteed fellow Daoists can make further progress this ti, it is all thanks to the kindness of Taoist Brother Taiyi. In the future, if there is anything needed, just call upon us, and we will co imdiately..."

"Not at all, I only acted on a feeling, and rely made a humble attempt..."

The feast at the main peak concluded, yet quite a few cultivators still surrounded Wang Ba, expressing their gratitude. Each was overflowing with aura, causing awe among those present. However, their mysterious and lofty deanor had waned, smiles now graced their faces, resembling ordinary cultivators.

The Qitian Patriarch, Hui Yunzi, and others arrived to witness such a scene.

The state of mind of the Qitian Patriarch was higher, though he felt so emotion, he remained composed. Hui Yunzi gradually digested the shocking revelation of Wang Ba being the ’True Man Taiyi’ and the spectacle before them stirred little in him.

Only the middle-aged cultivator Sect Master of Wanxiang Sect, who accompanied them, gazed upon Wang Ba, encircled by the crowd. To his heart, a totally different feeling erged, akin to dreaming.

"True Man Taiyi... Is he truly from the lower world, no, from the Wanxiang Sect of the Little Cang World?"

Recalling the news Hui Yunzi had shared, he struggled to process it.

A mix of shock, ecstatic joy, and anxiety welled up inside.

Countless emotions surged in his heart, so much that when he saw the figure in the green robe among the crowd, he dared not approach, instead he felt increasingly uneasy and apprehensive.

After quite a while, the crowd gradually dispersed.

Soon, Wang Ba, accompanied by the Cloud Sky Sect Master, walked and chatted leisurely.

The sight of the purple-robed youth approaching stirred a hint of tension within the Qitian Patriarch’s heart, stirring an unspoken premonition.

Indeed, as the two approached, Wang Ba introduced to the purple-robed youth with a smile:

"This is the Patriarch of the sect I originate from, known as Qitian, and this is my grandmaster..."

"Hui Yunzi."

Though Hui Yunzi always remained indifferent, he promptly added his na.

The Qitian Patriarch swiftly raised his hand and paid respects to the purple-robed youth:

"I am Qitian, greetings to Sect Leader Bai."

Standing before the purple-robed youth, he could not help but feel a rare trace of tension.

A flash of surprise passed through the purple-robed youth’s eyes, yet his face showed no disdain. He smiled warmly, with a handso face and replied harmoniously:

"Haha, greetings to Taoist Friend Qitian."

The Qitian Patriarch was deeply honored and hurriedly returned the salute.

The purple-robed youth, however, was calm and composed, smiling as he nodded gently at Hui Yunzi:

"Greetings, Taoist Friend Hui."

Though he said no more, Hui Yunzi was moved, quickly also offering a salute.

Not to ntion that the person was the Sect Master of the Cloud Sky Sect, a leader under True Man Gai, almost a ruler of a realm, holding lofty status. Just a glance from him was already considered deeply respectful, but now he had indeed lowered his prestige, calling him a Taoist Friend, offering much honor.

Then his gaze slightly shifted, sweeping over the middle-aged man next to Hui Yunzi, and then looked at Wang Ba, smilingly asking:

"This is...?"

The middle-aged man’s expression forcibly cald, but his heart was a turmoil of excitent and nervousness; yet he dared not bypass Wang Ba to directly respond.

Wang Ba’s gaze fell upon the middle-aged man, his expression slightly hesitant, quickly recalling if there was any depiction of this person in the sect’s Patriarchs’ portraits but found nothing.

Eventually, Hui Yunzi couldn’t help but whisper:

"This is the Sect Master of the Wanxiang Sect."

"Oh—yes, the Sect Master of the Wanxiang Sect."

Wang Ba’s face imdiately broke into a spring-like warm smile.

The middle-aged cultivator hurriedly said:

"Junior Lan He."

The purple-robed youth heard this, his thoughts turned slightly, but he understood sowhat. Clearly, Wang Ba, though originating from this sect, had scarce ties with it.

At once, he nonetheless smiled slightly and nodded to the middle-aged cultivator:

"Your sect is full of talent; you are doing well as Sect Master."

Being praised by the purple-robed youth, the middle-aged cultivator, despite knowing the words were out of respect for Wang Ba, felt overwheld with joy, wanting to say sothing but could only utter ’awkward’ in response.

Born and raised there, his reverence for the Cloud Sky Sect Master was deep-rooted; a once distant presence, he could now exchange words with, feeling surreal.

The purple-robed youth then looked towards Wang Ba, chuckling lightly:

"Taoist Friend Taiyi, you may chat with your fellow sect mbers, I’ll wait for you over there first."

"Thank you, Taoist Brother."

Wang Ba also replied with a smile.

After speaking, the purple-robed youth smiled and nodded to the Qitian Patriarch, and then walked a short distance away.

The Qitian Patriarch felt slightly disappointed; such individuals are hard to co by.

Others, however, felt a sudden lightness in their hearts, like a massive stone had been lifted.

Though the Cloud Sky Sect Master had a warm smile, his overwhelming presence weighed heavily upon them, every word and laughter, inciting nervousness and vigilance.

Now that he stepped aside, everyone felt significantly relieved.

Wang Ba then solemnly bowed to the Qitian Patriarch:

"Wang Ba, greets Qitian Patriarch."

The Qitian Patriarch hurriedly sidestepped, revealing a rare genuine smile, speaking warmly:

"I have been of no help to you, and dare not accept such grand formalities. Besides, you have surpassed , albeit as knowledge precedes in order, it does not hinder us from interacting as equals."

Wang Ba rapidly expressed humility.

Then, he paid respects to Hui Yunzi.

Hui Yunzi also swiftly sidestepped; the Qitian Patriarch dared not accept such courtesy, how could he dare?
