Below, the peak stood like a pillar. A black, scale-covered, elongated creature coiled around the waist of the mountain. Detecting sothing, the black body slowly slithered, then a giant black horned dragon head, as large as a house, slowly peered out from behind the mountain. Its two scarlet eyes, as large as a house, stared at Wang Ba.
For a mont, Wang Ba’s scalp tingled in fear!
“That’s a Ghost-eyed Chi. You better not look into its eyes.”
A not-so-friendly voice echoed from nearby.
At the sound of that voice, Wang Ba quickly turned his head and saw a young cultivator with a sowhat boyish look standing not far away. In his gaze at Wang Ba, there was a hint of resentnt.
However, Wang Ba didn’t notice this but was slightly surprised at the aura of the black snake coiled around that person’s waist.
The aura from this black snake had startlingly reached a middle grade of Class III. Its scarlet snake pupi retracted, before burying its head away in the person’s waist.
Seeing this, Wang Ba quickly put on a smile. Raising his hand in a salute, he said:
“Junior Brother Mo.”
This was none other than Qi Yan’s disciple from the Beast Taming Lineage, Mo Qi.
However, Mo Qi turned around and bluntly said:
“The master knew you were coming and asked to wait here for you. Co with .”
Wang Ba was taken aback, unclear about why Mo Qi was behaving this way towards him, but he put it aside as he was here to learn the art of Beast Control.
He then followed Mo Qi to the top of the peak.
At the peak, there were more than a dozen cultivators of various ages and auras.
