In the context of Ghost Seeking Cave, it implies that even ghosts entering cannot easily find their way out... This was sothing Ji Yuan heard from an old gentleman in Great Love City.
The dangers of Ghost Seeking Cave are threefold.
The first is the "Ghost Wall," which is the most common hazard in Ghost Seeking Cave. Once you mistakenly enter, direction and distance lose all effectiveness, and no matter how you walk, you cannot find the way out.
This is also the place in Ghost Seeking Cave where the most Qi Cultivation cultivators have perished.
Foundation Establishnt cultivators, however, are still fine. Once they notice sothing amiss, they can use Divine Sense to find a clue within, thereby breaking through the Ghost Wall to escape.
The second is the "Yin Devouring Wind."
An intermittently blowing yin wind within Ghost Seeking Cave, accompanied by a bone-chilling cold and a low wailing.
It can directly disperse the Protective Spirit Light of low-tier cultivators, freeze their limbs, and the fragnts of resentnt carried in the wind can impact the Sea of Consciousness, inducing madness.
Even Foundation Establishnt cultivators find it extrely difficult to withstand.
If a Qi Cultivation cultivator encounters it, it’s essentially a dead end.
The third is the "Earth-bound Spirit."
Resentful spirits created in specific locations within Ghost Seeking Cave, whether an ancient tree, a stretch of pond, or even a small dirt mound beside the road.
They cannot leave, but they can distort the surrounding environnt, create illusion realms, and drag the approaching ones into their "domain" to tornt them to death.
Legend says that in the depths of Ghost Seeking Cave lies an Earth-bound Spirit capable of killing a Golden Core cultivator.
It is unknown whether this is true, but ordinary cultivators, once encountering it, if their willpower is not firm enough, will perish within.
The characteristic is highly localized, and if detected early, it can be avoided.
For instance, the information Qian Xin provided marked several locations of Earth-bound Spirits.

While pondering, the group crossed over the summit of a high mountain, and Ji Yuan noticeably saw that the clouds and mist ahead beca much denser. Looking down, his gaze pierced through layers of mist, vaguely seeing a desolate swamp below.
The moonlight was blocked outside, making the entire Ghost Seeking Cave appear pitch-black, intermittently filled with haunting cries, making it all the more eerie.
"Stay alert. Though there is no Ghost Wall or Earth-bound Spirit at this high altitude, the Yin Devouring Wind can still blow upwards."
The Wailing Wanderer at the front reminded everyone.
Upon hearing this, Ji Yuan imdiately activated the Black Demon Armor he wore, instantly enveloping him in wisps of black fog.
Afterwards, he stuck Copper Wall Talismans on himself... three of them.
Even Ye Zhiqiu, standing beside him, couldn’t help but glance over at him.
Still uneasy, Ji Yuan took out the Yin Claw, holding it in his hand, ready to claw at anyone he didn’t like.

Divine Eagle Palace’s sect was located on the edge of a cliff of a high mountain, its peak still shrouded by the mist of Ghost Seeking Cave.
Halfway up the cliff stood a giant ancient pine, with a bird’s nest at the top.
It was imnsely large.
Instinctively standing behind the group, Ji Yuan squinted, vaguely seeing a bald bird head within the nest.
The Divine Eagle of Divine Eagle Palace.
This was a Late-Stage Second Rank Flying Demon Beast nad "Hui Kong Vulture."
Considered the Mountain Guardian Spirit Beast of Divine Eagle Palace.
As per Qian Xin’s arrangent, the Wailing Wanderer had reared a Late-Stage Second Rank Ghost specifically to deal with this old vulture.
"I’ll go break the array first, you all move when the ti cos."
No excess words were spoken. Upon arriving, actions were imminent, so after a reminder, the Wailing Wanderer transford into a thick black mist, sweeping through the mountains, heading straight for the Divine Eagle Palace atop the mountain.
As he passed by, ghostly wailing echoed incessantly.
"Co, co, bald bird, the grudges of the past should be settled by now."
