Before the words had even faded, a powerful surge of magic erupted within the mansion.
Imdiately after, a pitch-black Teleportation Gate materialized out of thin air. A mysterious Mage clad in a black Mage Robe slowly stepped out from it. His face was completely obscured by a silver Steel Mask, and he exuded a heart-pounding aura.
"Heh, speak of the devil, and he shall appear!"
"Billy!"
"Let make an introduction!"
"This is our ’good’ friend in the Imperial Capital!"
He deliberately stressed the word "good," a flicker of cunning glinting in his eyes.
"He now controls all affairs in the entire Imperial Capital!"

With a soft POP, the Owl Spirit Body hidden in the rafters was instantly shattered, not even a wisp of its soul remaining.
Nesia snorted coldly.
"Hmph!"
"A Spiritual Clone?"
With that, he turned to the Duke of the Northern Territory, his voice sinking, laced with an indisputable chill.
"Beolandi."
"You’re being secretly watched."
"And I’m afraid every single word you just said has reached soone else’s ears."
The Duke of the Northern Territory, Beolandi, froze at his words. His brow furrowed, and a flicker of astonishnt and vigilance crossed his eyes.
"Watched?"
"A Spiritual Clone?"
He instinctively glanced up at the hall’s rafters, his voice tinged with disbelief.
"What was that? How dare it sneak into my Duke’s Mansion and cause trouble? Why didn’t I see it?"
Nesia didn’t bother to explain much.
Because the "Invisibility" skill was not an ability normal creatures of this world possessed.

He rely shot Beolandi a cold look and tossed out a few curt words.
"Beolandi, the eavesdropper just now was most likely the ’Tingfeng’ you’re about to face."

The space around Nesia rippled and distorted, and the pitch-black Teleportation Gate opened once more.
Without a second glance at Beolandi and his son, his figure stepped inside. In an instant, he vanished completely from the Duke of the Northern Territory’s mansion, as if he had never been there at all.
The Duke’s Son, Billy, stood frozen nearby, his face a mask of confusion, and instinctively looked to his father.
