Qin Feng’s total Blood Volu had now surpassed the one hundred thousand mark. Even if he stood still and let his enemies attack freely, it would take them a great deal of effort to bring him down.
As for the Fire Foxes that ca along with the Sielo Knights to act as their Wing Connection attachnts, they were just rookies who had recently broken through to the Extraordinary Realm.
Although they had the dual status of "Demon Beast" and "BOSS," which made them a bit tankier than ordinary Extraordinary Heroes,
in an environnt where everything died in seconds, it was ultimately just the difference between surviving two or three more hits versus four or five—not nearly enough to change the course of the battle.
Therefore, Qin Feng had to charge to the very front, actively taking on the role of a "Heavy Armor Warrior" from other gas to secure enough room for the Fire Fox BOSSes in the rear to unleash their attacks.
Fortunately.
This group of enemies was ridiculously stupid.
They only had eyes for him, the main target, and focused all their firepower on him.
And they completely ignored the pack of Fire Fox BOSSes behind him, who were wildly unleashing a torrent of Fireballs.
And so, in just a few rounds, a Fire Fox BOSS under Qin Feng’s command completed its evolution. It leaped from an "Epic Hero" to a "Legendary Hero," not only unlocking a brand-new Legendary Talent but also plundering the Mage Talents from all the slain Evil God Heroes.
At this point.
Qin Feng had a rough understanding of the difference between an Ordinary Level Demon Beast BOSS created through "War rit Enfeoffnt" and an Epic Level Demon Beast BOSS that was promoted directly.
The forr’s starting point and base potential were indeed lower, but each ti it grew via the "Hero Enhancent" Talent, it could gain an additional Transition Talent.
The latter, despite having far greater initial combat power, would skip the interdiate stages entirely, missing out on the Good, Elite, and Epic Talents it should have obtained.
However.
The number of hostile heroes was scarce.
And now, the "Hero Enhancent" Talent required his already-established Heroic Units to compete for kills on those sa heroes.
This made it impossible for all of his Divine Chosen Soldiers to fully benefit from the promotion effects of "War rit Enfeoffnt."
So.
The latter was far more cost-effective than the forr.
Letting Demon Beast soldiers grow naturally into Extraordinary BOSSes was certainly more advantageous than using "War rit Enfeoffnt" on them directly.
As for the other conventional units.
The vast majority of them lacked the potential to grow into Heroic Units.
Thus, these units still had to rely on the "War rit Enfeoffnt" Talent to make the transformation from ordinary units into Ordinary Level Heroes.
From there, with the aid of the "Hero Enhancent" Talent, they could advance step by step: from a Good-level Hero, to an Elite Hero, to an Epic Hero, and finally evolve toward the goal of becoming a Legendary Hero.
Take the Sielo Knights, for example.
Although they were a Legendary Level Extraordinary Soldier Type, after becoming Heroic Units via "War rit Enfeoffnt," they were only the lowest-tier Ordinary Level Heroes, possessing a single Ordinary Level Talent.
They had to continue to furiously hunt down enemy Heroic Units to keep evolving into Legendary Heroes.
As it happened.
The number of enemy heroes in this area was quite substantial.
Once the Fire Foxes had "eaten their fill," the knights could then turn to hunt the remaining enemy heroes.
They could either use the opportunity to beco enfeoffed as Heroic Units themselves or to further raise their existing Hero Level and acquire stronger Hero Talents.
Unfortunately, these Evil God Heroes all possessed Mage Talents, which were of no practical use to the Sielo Knights, who specialized in lee damage.
But on second thought.
’The other Fire Fox BOSSes and I have long run out of new Hero Talents to plunder.’
’The Fire Fox BOSSes have all been promoted to Legendary Level Heroic Units thanks to the large number of Evil God Heroes. However, they’re limited by the rules of the Lord World and can’t advance further to reach my level as a Mythical Hero.’
’That being the case, letting the Sielo Knights take the kills from these enemy heroes has clearly beco the most cost-effective option.’
Of course.
’Amilia could also benefit from the Plunder Talent effect of the "Hero Enhancent" Talent.’
’But she’s busy focusing on the core of the No-Fly Magic Array.’
’She doesn’t have ti to co over right now.’
And so, the battlefield situation transitioned. At first, it was Qin Feng holding the line by himself. Then, it beca a coordinated effort with Qin Feng charging ahead while the Fire Foxes provided damage from behind. Finally, it evolved into the magnificent spectacle of the entire Sielo Knight regint forming up and charging forward together.
Not a trace of the originally planned "defensive battle" remained.
Soon.
Amilia’s work was coming to an end.
As she completed her task, the No-Fly Magic Array enveloping the entire Imperial Capital was completely dispelled. The airspace restrictions vanished, and all Flying Units could now soar freely and unimpeded above the city.
anwhile, every mber of Qin Feng’s "hero squad" had been promoted to Legendary Level.
They could even combine to form "Fla Envoy Sielo Knights"—Wing Connection heroes capable of effortlessly slaughtering ordinary soldiers by the thousands.
"It’s about ti."
"Kuge."
"Launch the final assault."
"Take the Royal City."
As Qin Feng’s command was issued through the Mouth of Ashes, the Divine Chosen Army, poised and ready outside the city, instantly sprang into action.
The first to enter the fray were the Extraordinary Dragon Cavalry, acting as the vanguard. They sward the sky like a dense cloud of bees, their outstretched wings blotting out the sun. They simultaneously unleashed an unstoppable "Dive Strike" against the most dangerous high-threat targets on the city walls, then used the One-Strike Evasion technique to return to the sky at the cost of light or no injuries.
Amid the fierce battle.
Arthas, their "Nuclear Bomb," was airdropped by one of the Dragon Cavalry into the heart of the city.
