1876 Familiar Scene
He could use his hand to take a vase and smash it to the ground
But if he tried to kill soone that should not be killed or soone that should exist in this ti and space, then his hand simply would phase through that person like they are nothing but hologram
It is like he is there…..but also not there at the sa ti
He could see the battlefield stretched endlessly and the people are endless.
That is what he felt, the killing intent billowing toward the sky
Only he could see this killing intent.
But from the Demon Army, there is bloodlust.
And this bloodlust seems to connect with the sky.
It is a pity that none of them could see it.
If this was his earth, this much killing intent and this much bloodlust, it could be turned into an attack that could wipe out the entire human army in one blow.
At the sa ti, Azief could see that chaos energy thrive in this kind of situation. The human army and the Demon Army clashed with each other, the chaos multiplied and carnage increased by the second.
the Demon army surged forward like a tidal wave that in unceasing.
Blood drips from their weapon and their hands. So ripped apart the humans with just their bare hands.
The Human Army archers, loosed volley after volley of arrows.
In the lee, soldiers fought with the desperation of n who knew death was near.
Flas danced across the battlefield, igniting the dead and dying alike.
The acrid stench of burning flesh mixed with the tallic tang of blood, assaulting the senses of all who still lived.
Above the chaos, the sky seed to weep as ash and embers floated down like sorrowful tears.
Yet neither side relented.
There is siege weapons being used and the fight is tragic as it is fierce.
The battle in the beginning favoured the human side. This is their ho ground and they know better where to fight and when to fight, using the terrain strategically
But where they lack in quality, they make up with numbers. The Demon Army outnumbered the royal forces of Vern
Yes, Azief found out this is the Vern royal army
Even though he is now inside a vision, he felt that everything around him is quite real. He could even hear the shouts and their talk.
It did not take long for him to piece everything together.
But when he puts everything together, he still didn't understand. Because as far as he rembers, Vern was never attacked by the Demon Army.
It was Arial Vermont that conquered Vern and brought all the kingdoms in Human Continent into one.
He had the virtue and glory to unite the Human Continent
Whether he was good or evil. Azief could not judge him for everything he done right and everything he done wrong
But he was a great man
That is unmistakable.
And he knows a bit about the history of the Human Continent and the Demon Army that lives in Arakath.
This is sothing he learns from so traders, from so conversation he heard in tavern and other brokers of information that he had found when he was trying to blend in with the people of this world when he was trapped alongside Will
The Demon Amry never attacked the Human Continent other than in the past during the ti of Levitia
The war favoured the Demon Army to win.
Azief still did not understand why he is seeing this vision.
But he now had a premonition.
The fact he is here and the fact that this is a world he has connection to must an sothing.
This is just his feelings but he could not help but feel like this is the true answer. It is related to him, or trying to teach him
The Temple itself has that ti and space aura.
And ti and space affects cause and effect
Cause and effect could not bloom without ti and could not happen without space. Space also ans encounter
Encounter create cause and effect could not be realized without ti
This is his premonition. A cause and effect that he doesn't know affects the temple and the temple is trying to teach him or giving him so kind of clue to himself.
He had already ascertained that the temple itself did not have malicious intention towards him. Whether to confuse you or trapped you, it actually depends on yourself.
So, could it be that it notice the connection between Azief and this world and brought him here?
But that does not make sense at all.
The Creator brought him to the vision of Arial because he was connected with Arial.
Azief however find it hard to find that Arial is connected to the Savi'krian
This temple is after all a Savi'krian building. And it is not a simple building but a carrier for Savi'krian legacy
Even if there is cause and effect, this cause and effect should have sothing to do with the Savi'krian.
"It must have sothing to do with Savi'krian race itself"
This is the only conclusion Azief could reach. But what connection is there….Azief still could not find out.
He had to watch how it would play out
the war between the royal forces of Vern and the Demon Amry continue but Azief did not pay that much attention to this battle.
Instead, he noticed sothing else.
He takes a step and in just a second, he appears on one corner of the city limit of the capital city.
And he sees a person with a thick luxurious robe is carving runes
"Magic?" Azief walk up to that person and see what he is doing and the mont he saw the rune his eyes widened
He did not gasp but the fact his eyes widened for even a second shows how surprised he is.
It is a rune.
But it is superimposed on a symbol.
A symbol he had just seen in the temple.
It looks like a Z.
But it is a Z with a dot and a tilde like symbol on the end of that dot
It is the symbol he saw on the Temple. Like a lightning bolt.
"What is this symbol?" Azief was about to touch the rune but before he could touch it the area around him spirals and before he knows it, he is in a different scene
What he sees this ti, is the mage activating so kind of magic circle and it took everyone with him
The scene itself is very chaotic and distorted. It was like he was beside the mage and outside of the room of the mage at the sa ti, watching two different perspective of view at the sa ti
The Demon Army, the Human army, every single person in the capital city turns to dust the mont the magic was activated.
"So….that is how it is. I never thought…..I could never have imagined…" And for a mont, Azief was speechless.
And he finally understood what the Temple wanted to show him
When the mage activated the magic circle, ti was drained out of everyone that is inside the circle.
The Ti was then absorbed into the mage body. With all of that Ti, he wanted to tear the Space of the Present to go back to the Past.
Azief understood now. This never happen. At least in his tiline. When he t Arial, it probably is the tiline where all of this didn't happen.
And he now knows why all of this seems so familiar. He had seen this before.
It is what happens before Arial co here, Azief thought to himself.
Azief had seen Arial life.
Before and After travelling through ti
But at that ti, he sees it from Airla perspective.
He did not see this battle.
All he sees at that ti, was Arial coming to an empty city, being forged by Amara to prepare for his eventual destiny as the Third Incarnation of the Creator.
This kind of magic is probably forbidden. And it is terrifying. Millions of life sacrificed just to make it work
And it took only a few second
And when the mage did it, there is a trace of lightning arcs around him swirling. It was then Azief understood why the Temple shows him this vision, this part of the story to him
Because that magic that the mage was sing, undoubtedly co from the Savi'krian. Ti drained out of them
And using the ti he stolen from millions of living beings, he wanted to break through the ti space barrier and change the future
The reason why he was sure of this is because that lightning that swirls around that mage
It is eerily similar to how Will appears when he is using the Speed Source
He did not see it on Arial when he activated the magic circle.
The mage body could not withstand the erosion of ti long enough for him to go into the past and so he turns to dust
Not to ntion that the energy itself is not enough. Even if he manage to open the door, the door would cut him open the mont he enters
Like entering a black hole with solid matter.
