Lord Shadow Chapter 2004: Truth

Red dragons from the heavens descending toward the ground. On another part of the sky, the sky seems to be boiling.

The heat causes the space to distorts and the area around this part of the continent seems to suddenly be affected by so kind of heat waves.

It is like the temperature rose sharply in a matter of monts.

A gust of wind suddenly blows and suddenly all of these heats that is just about to burn all the forest and living things on the earth gathers back to the top of the sky

And then these heat waves, this fiery hot atmosphere suddenly gathers on one point

BOOOM!

An explosion occurs in the sky and for a mont, all the clouds in this part of the sky was obliterated. And then the people below the sky could see a fire lotus, hovering there in the air.

All of the heat that was about to crash onto the ground gathers in the sky to create this lotus.

Everywhere around the sky of Arturia, sothing seems to be happening, so kind of heavenly phenonon is happening everywhere on the skies of Arturia and everything is more terrifying than the last

But the most focal point of this phenona is happening above the palace. And then above the palace, the sky suddenly splits.

And everyone who look toward that sky, if they are below Energy Disperse stage, they could not even see it.

Instead, as they try to look, their eyes would feel pain. And if they insisted, their eyes begin to bleed.

But those who are on Energy Disperse stage and above, could see it.

And the mont they see it, they quickly avert their gaze

Because when the sky opens up, what they see is one eyeball.

One eyeball looking down at the palace

Like it was staring.

And even though it is just looking, those who looks at the eyeball could suddenly feel its anger

The Heaven is watching!

Everyone knows sothing big is about to happen

It was like the heaven and earth is about to clash.

But then, sothing flew out from the palace.

Those far away from the palace could not even see it even with their Divine Sense. There are still so people powerful and brave enough to try to see what is happening

The interference of energy around the palace is impenetrable.

So, even though there are so people who wanted to spy and try to see what is happening on the palace, even if they could break the anti-surveillance magic around the palace, they could not pass and infiltrate through this powerful interference of energy

And where did this energy co from?

From the wrath of heaven, from above the sky

The Heavenly Will shows its might and the whole world seems to tremble.

It reminded many people of the battle twenty years ago, when all of the heaven and earth seems to be war at each other.

It reminded them of stories like the Earthshaker, Death Monarch, Ti Monarch, the Illusory Archmage, the Thunder Monarch, those great figures fighting

The pressure was overwhelming.

Those below Energy Disperse realm could not help but kneel on the ground and even those in the Energy Disperse realm was pressured.

And just as the pressure is about to mount and force even more people to kneel, a shrill sound is heard and suddenly the sky is clear again.

There is no calamity, there is no catastrophe, there is no fire lotus in the sky, or red lightning dragons that is about to rush toward the ground.

It was like everything they saw was just an illusion.

It was weird, and it brought all kinds of speculations. Everyone was wondering, what had happened at the palace. One thing they do know is that the palace is still there standing proudly.

It ans whatever that King Arthur had done, it has been done

But so people, so people who have deduced so things, look at the palace with narrows eyes and trembling hearts

"Death Monarch is really here. It ans.... the war is about to be over"

Right now, there is still people that dares to watch the sky

those who dares to watch, and those who dares to try to infiltrate the palace even though there is such a calamity, most of them are not just people who seeks the Grand Path. Many of those who try to conquer their fear and look at the palace are spies.

Spies of the world powers

They have been here from the mont that Arthur said Death Monarch was in Arturia.

One might wonder, didn’t the world powers said they did not want to ddle and they did not believe Arthur words.

The lack of any high-ranking figures in Arturia already shows the stance of the world power.

But this sis the thing. Whether before the Fall or after the fall, one thing is true about those people in position of power. Don’t listen to what they said but watch what they do.

There was even many public news conference in the world powers to assure the people and debates between people about whether there is Death Monarch or not in Arturia.

Yes, even though the world has been quite chaotic, in the past twenty years, there is a semblance of peace and dia once again appears in the world.

dia company is easy to establish even more in this magical world.

After all, there is many magic on how to broadcast thing.

And there is already a blueprint of how to create a dia company. Of course, all of dia company are under the rules of the world powers.

Those who have dia presence are only five world powers. Pandemonium, World Governnt, the Republic, League of Freedom and the African Alliance. Lotus Order is crumbling so their dia presence could not be established and the Order of Thinkers are usually researchers themselves and they themselves do not want to project their influence outwards or do they need to propagandizes their place.

They are a bit elitist only taking people that they approve off.

And while they do have cities and villages Order of Thinkers territory are not exactly governed the sa way the other world powers are governed.

However, for those that have dia company in their territory, the press reaction is always the sa. So reiterated that the administration did not want to ddle and so said that they do not believe Arthur words. Most of these words are just words to assure the people

Public press conference only told the world that they are investigating and so dismiss it. But that is public showing.

In secret, whether they believe Arthur or not, just the possibility that Death Monarch was there make many people feel uneasy.

And so people hopeful.

So people wanted the war to keep continuing.

But many more wanted the war to end.

The more unstable Pandemonium is, the more unstable the world would be.

And as much as there are factions and organizations in the world that wanted the world to be unstable, there is more people that wanted the world to be stable.

Even though the rulers said different things in public, in secret, they all send their n to verify the truth.

And so, spies from every world power are here.

Not only the world powers but those warlord forces and organization that has sprouted all over the world that has so interest about the war in Pandemonium send their spies here to gain the true picture of what Arthur was trying to do

But now, red dragon, lotus fire, eyeballs in the sky, power and force that made even Disk Formation realm leveler feel like they were about to face their most catastrophic tribulation.... they believe it

Death Monarch is here!

And these spies look at the sky. And then looking at the calm skies, like nothing ever happened, they frowned

And one by one, they all fly up in the sky and rush toward their ho

In a week, everyone would know.

That Death Monarch is really back.

And this news would surely change the outco and even the current process of the war.

And there are many questions that would surely rises because of this. After all, why would Death Monarch go to Arturia instead of Pandemonium

Spies not only have to gather information but they also have to analyze the information to give to their leader the most accurate version of the truth to their leaders.

Truth is not for the masses. But for the rulers. Spies tells the truth they found out, the mass found only the filtered truth so that they would not panic or create chaos.

One thing is clear.

Even the most superficial truth of this matter would shock the world and create chaos.

And now, today, sothing has happened. And this event.....make the spies all feel that the news that they heard, the words that Arthur had said, all of them are not what they think of

Arthur....he did not do it because he wanted to ddle in the matter of Pandemonium.
