Jarin advanced, passing under Omar and Eyad, who were watching the scene without understanding the slightest thing. When he approached the platform, he knelt in reverence. "My lord, these are not Gaia’s robots."

"What do you an by that?! Look at their forms! And this robot hanging on the right killed Guron, your own brother! How could you bring him here? Do you think they are really not Gaia’s robots?"

Jarin said in a decisive, sad tone, "That’s because we attacked them first, Grandfather. I feel great sadness and a desire for revenge for my brother, but I must be wise in such circumstances."

The old man was silent for a mont, thinking. Then he said, "That’s because they are robots. What proof do you have that they are not robots?"

"My lord, I was their prisoner for so ti, after Guron was killed. I saw Gaia’s robots attacking them, and they were fighting Gaia’s robots with all their strength. Not only that, but I asked this person hanging on the left to free , and I tried to talk to him. Although he didn’t understand what I was saying, he responded to as if he were a living being. And I have felt their spiritual energy, my lord. They are living creatures, but they have advanced technology that makes them resemble robots."

The old man was silent for a mont, thinking about what he had said, while the other creatures began to whisper and chatter about what they had heard. Their features changed, and their terror subsided a little, but so disbelieved what Jarin was saying. The old man said in a firm tone, to cut off the ongoing argunts, "This is an interesting story, Jarin. But where did these creatures co from, if what you say is true?"

"My lord, I really don’t know where they ca from. Maybe from deep space, as happened before when Gladious and his companions ca."

"Hmm... Maybe your words are true, but we need more evidence. We need to interrogate them, understand their language, and ask them about their holand and everything. And most importantly, why did they co here? I still have so doubt that they may be from Gaia’s robots, but I will set aside the doubt for now until we know their true identity. Now, take them down and hold them in a heavily guarded cell until the ti of interrogation."

The creatures responded to the old man and took the two young n down. So roots wrapped around them to bind them, then they led them to their cells. Eyad said, having lost his composure and not understanding what had happened, "They’re going to kill us now for sure. Yes, it must be ti to die. I’m a coward, and I deserve this. I ran away instead of helping my comrades, and now the death I was fleeing from has co to . And this is what I deserve. This is God’s will for a coward like . Oh God, forgive ."

Omar replied to him rudely, "Can you just calm down for a minute so we can think of how to get out of here?!"

But Eyad paid him no mind and continued to say as he looked at the five creatures who were walking with him to his unknown fate, "You kind creatures, please forgive . I have children at ho. You know children, right? These cute little creatures. I saw so of your children throwing food plates at too, how kind they were. You may not understand what I’m saying, but believe , we only ca in peace. We wanted to fight these damned machines, but you attacked us by surprise. And I helped your friend... Jarin... yes, that’s his na. Call Jarin, I helped him."

"Please, just shut up for a bit. They don’t understand a thing you’re saying, and if you annoy them, you might just speed up our deaths. Besides, we might not be killed. This Jarin might have spoken to that old creature and explained everything to him. Or maybe he just happily announced he was handing you over to them, you fool. I really don’t know. But be quiet for a little while so I can think of a plan to get out of here."

Eyad fell silent and said to himself with great resentnt, "That wretch Jarin. He handed over to them. He took advantage of what happened to us up there to save his own life and hand over to his own kind, and return as a victorious hero. Yes, that must be what he was planning. What a fool I was to be drawn in with him in such a vile plan. This is how the world is; you can’t trust anyone."

After they had walked for a long ti amidst many strange, intertwined trees with crimson leaves, they reached a large stone building standing alone in a small clearing outside the trees. The blue sunlight was falling on it, giving it a special character. Eyad said with skepticism, "What is this place?"

"I don’t know, maybe it’s so kind of prison. But escaping from sothing like this would be easy for us. But we must be careful in our attempt to escape from here."

Eyad was silent and did not say a word as he contemplated the small stone building that looked like a two-story house. It looked old, as if it were not used at all. Eyad stared at it for a few monts, trying to understand what he was looking at. Then he said, "Are you sure it’s a prison? It looks like an old house to ! Is it possible that they will kill us here? Or that this is a place to get rid of strange creatures like us? Damn it, where did these strange creatures co from? Is this our planet?! Did a portal to another world open? Or did they invade our planet? My mind is aching"
