Gaia decided to intervene and end this war as quickly as possible. He ran toward Margoth's group and ordered dozens of robots to follow him. Margoth was surprised that he had decided to hunt him first and knew that Gaia had found out what he had done to his people, from killing and mutilating, and had decided to take revenge on him first. But Margoth did not retreat and advanced toward him, his swords flying around him. He sent four of them toward him, so advancing to stab him and so circling. A tree ca out from under the ground and carried Gaia a good distance until he was out of the swords' range. Then he jumped from the top of the tree and struck the ground with his hand. The ground shook and sent earthquakes toward Margoth and his n. It trembled from under them and knocked them down, but Margoth jumped and hung onto the hilt of his sword, which carried him. He saw Gaia's robots targeting him in the air with their bullets, so one of his swords ca to protect him from the bullets. And fortunately for Margoth, who had been surrounded by Gaia, help had co from Valar, who threw dozens of small, pointed objects at Gaia. Gaia gathered the fire in his right hand and sent it toward these objects until they lted in the air. Then lkon followed, sending a red thermal beam at Gaia. Gaia blew up the ground with springs of water. They rose, grew, and intensified until the beam hit them, and it was swallowed by their density. After that, Margoth's swords returned to attack him from behind. Gaia brought out the roots of the plants from the ground, which wrapped around the swords and held them. One of Margoth's free swords moved and cut the roots to free its brothers, and then they returned to Margoth to wrap around him. Then Dragoth arrived again and stood behind Gaia, while lkon flew in the air to his right and Valar to his left, and Margoth in front of him. They looked at each other, and they knew what they had to do. Valar raised her hand and sent the blue mist that was flying around her to cover the area surrounding Gaia so that he would not see anything. It was the sa mist that she had used when invading Earth to facilitate its invasion and overthrow it with ease. After the Enix were sure that Gaia could no longer see, Margoth charged toward Gaia, his swords preceding him to the target, and Dragoth followed him, who advanced from behind, smashing the robots that stood in his way and the rock barriers that Gaia was creating with his hand. And lkon charged, cutting his way through the air toward Gaia, hitting him from between the mist with his burning thermal rays, and Valar cut her way toward him to fight him hand-to-hand.

Gaia stood, waiting for them to co. He saw the first of Margoth's swords charging toward him, so he leaned his body and dodged it. Several other swords followed, circling and piercing the mist. He jumped between them and turned his body with agility. Valar ca out from behind him, attacking him with her hand. He bent down until she passed over him and disappeared into the mist. Then Dragoth followed with a punch from behind. Gaia caught his fist with ease, lifted him into the air, and threw him far away. Then lkon's thermal rays followed. He dodged them and ran between the mist so as not to beco a noticeable target. Valar ca at him from his right, trying to grab him, so he jumped over her. Margoth ca at him from the front, having drawn his last sword, and his other swords were attacking from the other three directions. They pierced Gaia's body, and he turned into rock fragnts and vanished. Margoth knew it was a copy of him. He looked behind him and saw the real Gaia behind him, his fist red with fire. He punched him with it until he threw him into the mist. Then lkon landed with his iron feet on Gaia from the sky. He, in turn, retreated and opened a hole in the ground to swallow lkon, then closed it on him and made a small pyramid of rocks on top of it. Dragoth jumped on the pyramid and shattered it with his hands, and Valar carried the rocks of the pyramid with her power in the air and aid them at Gaia. He pointed his hand to the air, and a gust of sharp air shot out, turning the rocks into fragnts. Then lkon lted the grave that Gaia had made for him and was freed again. Gaia resud his run to get out of the mist. The Enix's blows followed him, between Margoth's swords, Valar's projectiles, lkon's rays, and Dragoth's punches, but he was dodging and blocking them with skill. So the Enix tried to unite against him one last ti, perhaps they would succeed.

Valar lifted so iron from the ground and shaped it into a spear. She charged with it toward Gaia to stab him as he was running between the mist. He bent down under her and found Margoth's swords coming from below and above to surround him. He pushed the air toward them and changed their direction. Dragoth jumped to pounce on him from the right, and Margoth with his single sword from the left, and lkon from behind with his iron fist, until they had surrounded Gaia. And they leaned on him with one accord, only to find him a mirage. lkon collided with Dragoth, while Margoth was able to stop at the last mont. He knew that Gaia was behind him, so he turned to stab him, only to find him a mirage as well. And when he turned behind him, he found lkon and Dragoth flying toward him until they collided with him and knocked him down, and they fell with him. Valar placed walls of iron on the ground around Gaia until she had trapped him inside an iron house of her own making. Then she began to shrink the house on him with her power, making it shrink. She saw one of Gaia's roots pulling her by her feet and bringing her down to the ground, and she hit it hard and spat blood from her mouth inside her silver mask. The ground moved from under her as if it were a liquid substance and wrapped around her in layers upon layers, and the roots wrapped around her as well, tying her up and pulling her into the ground.

Gaia pushed the walls away from him and found lkon's small planes firing at him. He brought out the hardest types of iron from the bowels of the earth to protect him. Several rockets followed, blowing up the entire area, and lkon continued to hit him with the strongest cannons and rockets he had, and the explosions followed one after another.

"This is the best solution with him," Dragoth said in a hoarse voice, "because he is using Valar's mist against us to create a mirage with his ability to control the elents of nature."

"He's more annoying than I imagined," Margoth replied, panting behind his mask. "Minoth, the king of Atlantis, was right when he told that he is far beyond our capabilities."

lkon stopped his fire and his projectiles, which had burned and destroyed the area where Gaia was standing until the area caught fire and flas and smoke rose into the air. lkon said in an electronic, robot-like voice, "This should finish him off if he were a normal person."

"So it won't kill him," Margoth said jokingly. "He has the Crystal of Life."

lkon searched with his chanical eyes, which analyzed things with a modern programming system, for Gaia's location, but he could not find any trace of him. Until he turned back and saw the earth open up and Gaia erge from under it on a tree that was carrying him. He said, smiling, as he had not been scratched at all so far, "I have been lenient with you for a long ti and have been amused by your low level. I did not expect that the Enix soldiers who terrorize the entire universe would be at such a low level! Perhaps you do not yet know all the properties of the Crystal of Life, but let explain them to you. The Crystal of Life controls the properties of the planet that contains it; that is, it controls all its elents and every small and large thing in it, from water, air, fire, plants, and living beings. It enhances their growth and strength, multiplies the good things, and corrects any abnormalities or disturbances that occur on the planet. In other words, it works to balance this planet, and without it, the planet will return to its forr state, repairing itself and relying on the natural laws of physics for the growth of beings and plants, as in all other planets in the universe. The Crystal of Life is the secret code that enables you to control the laws of Mother Nature, as beings have tried to harness nature using science and have been able to make great strides in trying to understand these laws and harness them for their comfort, but they have not been able to control them. They were bound by them and forced to obey them. As for the Crystal of Life, it is as old as the universe, and it is one of the keys to controlling the laws of the universe and exploring its depths. This is the reason for the intense conflict that has taken place throughout the universe to obtain it and its siblings. That is why I will show you today a glimpse of the power of the Crystal of Life so that you will know that your coming here ant that you would et your demise."

Margoth aid four of his swords at Gaia. They pierced his body, and his blood gushed out, drowning the swords. But he looked at Margoth sarcastically, pulled the swords from his body, and threw them in the air. His wounds healed as if he had not been injured at all. "This is one of the features of the Crystal of Life," he said mockingly, "which is immortality in the physical sense. That is, my body cannot be destroyed, but I grow old and die, of course, for death is the way of life."

anwhile, Valar was able to free herself from her prison underground and joined the rest of her comrades. Gaia raised his right hand until the tree extended, grew, and its trees blossod with roses and flowers of all colors and kinds. The tree continued to extend, taking Gaia with it to a distant hill. The Enix followed him so as not to lose sight of him. After that, Gaia landed on the hill, left the tree, and watched the Enix as they ran to catch up with him. Gaia raised his hand, and the tree—from among one of the huge flowers—produced a golden scepter gracefully decorated, and at its end was a crystal that shone with all the beautiful and vibrant colors, so much so that anyone who saw it would imdiately be captivated by the beauty of its colors. The Enix mbers arrived and looked at the crystal that had taken its place inside the scepter, and their hearts pounded as they knew without a doubt that it was the Crystal of Life. Gaia smiled as he took off his helt, and his silver hair flew from behind him. He looked at them with his yellow eyes and said, "Everything that is nothing is destined to co to life to taste its sweet and its bitter. And now you will be the first to witness the true power of the Crystal of Life."

"So this is the crystal that caused all this conflict!" lkon said, looking at the Crystal of Life with greed. "I'm sorry to take it from you, Mr. Gaia, but you should know that we have not yet used our full power against you."

Gaia chuckled in a way that provoked them and said with enthusiasm, as if he were giving a historical speech as he struck the ground with the scepter, "This entire planet is under my command, and I will turn it into a hell for you!"

The earth shook around them, so they took their guard and turned to watch what was happening until they saw hundreds of trees coming out from under the ground in various shapes and colors, including white, red, green, blue, and yellow. They retreated, trying to avoid colliding with the trees that continued to charge until a large, high-treed forest full of streams of water was ford around them, and it was surrounded by mountains; so of which contained dormant volcanoes inside them on all sides. They realized that Gaia had trapped them inside this strange place and intended to eliminate them here. The Enix looked around them, but they did not find any trace of Gaia, but they heard his voice coming like an echo from all over the forest, saying, "You do not know the sphere in which you move. You do not know how the planet defends itself."

"We must unleash everything we have, or we will perish," Margoth said, a sense of apprehension having taken hold of him. "Also, Gaia does not feel tired or weary because of the power of the crystal, but we will reach our limits soon if we do not finish him off in so way."

The Enix realized that he was right, so they decided to reach their maximum to put an end to him.

A yellow aura wrapped around Margoth's swords, making them move at twice their normal speed. lkon produced a red thermal sword from his sleeve and raised all the functions in his body to the maximum degree. Dragoth's muscles swelled all over his body, and their strength doubled, and his agility and speed also increased. anwhile, Valar stimulated her ntal abilities to sense Gaia's location, but she felt that he was everywhere, which confused her.

Dozens of thorn-filled roots began to co out from under the ground, charging toward them. Margoth's swords moved around him like fans, cutting everything that ca near them, while lkon began to cut them with his sword, and Valar froze their movent. Suddenly, the ground split open from under them. They jumped and ran, and the cracks chased them with the roots. They noticed that the trees above them were raining down hundreds of poisonous and sharp thorns that began to injure their bodies and cut their clothes. Margoth raised his swords above them, and they protected them from the shower of thorns.

"Find his location now, or we will perish," he said to Valar.
