Youth Sector 100 Planet S-1211

Bzzzt

The portal flared open, and Billy strode out, wrapped in his required white-gold armor that reflected the light like a miniature sun. But unlike his usual charismatic self, he didn't pause even for a heartbeat. He didn't greet the gate guards, didn't lift their morale with his typical jokes, and didn't wave at the countless civilians who always gathered just to catch a glimpse of the Planetary Chief of Police-the man known as the loyal friend of His Majesty.

With his brows pressed together and a tension that radiated from every step, Billy leapt off the gate platform. His movents were sharp and decisive, the heavy armor barely slowing him as he rushed forward.

He wasn't alone for long. A group of police officers sprinted toward him, forming a small escort.

"We salute the General Commissioner!"

"How's the situation?" Billy asked, not bothering to turn around. His pace accelerated across the desolate stretch of land-each step covering hundreds of ters with ease. "Has the evacuation been completed?"

"Yes, sir," one of the Light Swords replied imdiately. "We have evacuated roughly ten percent of the planet's surface-the region where we anticipate their landing."

"Only ten percent?!" Billy's voice cracked like thunder. "People's lives are not a ga!"

"We don't have the ti, sir!" another Light Sword answered, sounding almost desperate. "If we attempt a wider evacuation, everything will collapse into chaos-traffic, panic, riots-nothing would remain under control!"

"... Have they gotten that close already?" Billy's fists tightened, the tal of his gauntlets groaning under the pressure. Anger was starting to seep into his voice.

"I just received the update-they've already breached the atmosphere!!" a Light Sword shouted.

"What?!" Billy barked. Without hesitation he pulled out an instant space portal, its fra slicing open the air with a sharp shimr. He didn't even consider saving Pearls-this was no mont for caution. He and the officers with him jumped through at once.

Bzzzzzt

On the other side, Billy burst out at full speed. This ti, an entire defensive force was waiting-around five thousand Light Swords, divided into ten teams, each consisting of five hundred mbers. Standing before them were several high-ranking officers, armored and ready.

"General Commissioner!"

At the mont they saw him, officers of various ranks bowed slightly. "It's an honor you managed to arrive in ti."

"Damn it, is everything ready?!" Billy snapped, pushing past them as he stord toward the command point. His voice carried a mixture of fury and urgency. "Those bastards... they dare lay a hand on a planet belonging to the True Beginning Millennial Empire? They're practically begging for annihilation!!"

Just minutes earlier, Billy had been gliding between the planets of Young Sector 100 as part of his routine inspection when a devastating report reached him:

A hostile force-an entire enemy army-was monts away from descending upon Planet S-1211.

An S-Class planet.

A fully imperial world, whose inhabitants were under the direct protection of the Empire.

And now it was being attacked.

Shocked, Billy imdiately demanded information from the officials responsible for large-scale defense and external warfare. The answer chilled him.

The Second Army-the army directly responsible for Youth Sector 100-

and the First Army, half of whose total forces were stationed across the sector,

...were both currently locked in a full-scale assault against the Shining Torrent Millennium Empire.

aning:

There were no main army battalions left across the entire sector.

Only scattered defensive garrisons spread thinly across dozens of planets.

And those garrisons?

All they could do was abandon their posts and rush together toward Planet S-1211 as fast as they could...

...yet even then, they might still arrive too late.

Billy imdiately issued an urgent command for every Light Sword stationed within that entire starfield to deploy to the attacked planet without a mont's delay, and he himself propelled through space toward it at full speed.

Within re minutes, the number of assembled forces had surged to five thousand-and more were arriving every passing breath, the sky filling with streaks of light as reinforcents continued pouring in.

The planet's own inhabitants still had no clear idea what was happening, yet shock and confusion spread everywhere as they witnessed the staggering number of Light Swords descending through every gate, every teleportation point, and even through ergency entry routes reserved for disasters. It felt as though the entire police host of the Young Sector had suddenly flooded into

their world.

"General Commissioner, have you received anything-any update at all-on the army's arrival?"

One of the high-ranking officers, a lieutenant general with decades of service, rushed to Billy's side and asked anxiously.

"There are scattered garrisons from both the First and Second Armies currently converging to form a proper force and head here," Billy answered sharply, his tone leaving no room for doubt. "But we must buy them the ti they need." He swept his gaze toward the assembled Light Swords, eyes burning with resolve.

"n, all of you know well that battling other empires is not part of the vow you swore. Yet today, that oath bends before a greater duty. Today, we must shield our citizens. Not a single drop of innocent blood is allowed to fall-not today, not while we still breathe. Let no one ever claim that a citizen under His Majesty's protection was hard while we, the Police of the True Beginning Empire, were standing idle!"

"We will protect the citizens!!"

Nearly five thousand Light Swords roared back, their combined voices thundering like a physical wave through the air.

In truth, many of them were trembling-not from terror, but from overwhelming exhilaration. For countless Light Swords, this was the mont

they had secretly imagined for years: a chance to stand against a real invading

force and defend the Empire with their lives.

Krrrrrrr

A deep chanical growl resonated from above, pulling every gaze toward the sky. It was the unmistakable thunder of capital-ship engines, heavy and

oppressive.

A colossal vessel-nearly 150 ters long-descended from the clouds, its shadow swallowing the surrounding terrain. Around it orbited seven escort ships roughly 80 ters each, their hulls lined with weapon ports. Then, with a pair of tallic kshhh kshhh sounds, the mothership's hangar bays opened, releasing more than 300 small fighter craft that streaked out like a tallic

swarm.

It wasn't just a formation.

It was a fleet.

Bbbssshhht!

A mont later, the main hatch of the mothership slid open, and several

armored figures soared out into the open air. All of them wore suits colored in shades between pale aqua and bright white, their long cloaks flowing behind them, falling from helt to heel like ceremonial banners.

The man at their head removed his helt, revealing a brown-skinned face

dominated by three eyes. As he glided forward, he turned slowly, taking in the towering buildings and glittering horizon. They were just beyond the border of one of the Imperial gacities built using Caesar's "Empire of Tomorrow" architectural doctrine.

"Incredible... so this is the holand of the True Beginning Empire," he said,

genuine awe vibrating through his voice. "A place worthy of that irritating empire that's been causing trouble lately!"

"...?!"

Below, Billy's eyebrows tightened sharply, irritation flickering through his

expression.

The holand of the True Beginning Empire?

Did he assu that because of the city's beauty and structure?

...Fine. Let him keep believing that. It might work to their advantage.

"Hm?"

The three-eyed commander finally noticed the forces gathered below. His three pupils narrowed as he turned toward Billy and the five thousand Light

Swords.

"Aren't your armors supposed to be golden? Did the golden color flee out of fear, or did you run out of paint? Hahaha!"

"Hmph! Leave it to these newborn empires," another one sneered. "They get their hands on one wealthy planet and suddenly abandon the war to play with

armor designs."

"Pathetic!"

"Silence! We are not the army-we are the police force!" Billy shot back proudly. "And we will never, ever, allow you to touch even a single hair on the head of any citizen of this great Empire-not while I still draw breath!"

"AHAHAHAHA!"
