In the evening, Xiangsi tried to find her master, but was told that he had already gone to rest.
She didn’t have the guts to disturb her master’s rest, so she gave up.
She went back to her room and took a nap.
The next morning, she was awakened by the sound of birds chirping.
Chirping noisily, disturbing her sweet dreams.
Hugging her blanket, Xiangsi turned over, frowned, and opened her eyes with a pout.
She was instantly startled by the excessively bright room...
"Why is the sunshine so good today?"
Muttering softly, Xiangsi looked at the white room filled with golden sunlight, so bright it was almost blinding.
She felt instantly awake.
Stretching lazily, Ran Xiangsi lifted the blanket and walked towards the direction where the sun was shining in, discovering that the left wall had turned into a giant bay window.
She walked out and saw the deep blue sea.
The sea breeze was very refreshing, blowing on her face, making her feel invigorated.
A flock of birds was circling over the sea, she couldn’t tell what species they were, but Xiangsi guessed that they were the birds that disturbed her sweet dreams!
As she was enjoying the beautiful morning, she heard a ’bang’ beside her.
Instinctively turning to look, she saw that it was her master.
He was wearing sportswear, holding a golf club, making a graceful swing, evidently having just hit a shot.
"Master? Good morning!" Xiangsi walked over joyfully, her tone lighthearted.
Fengchen retracted his swing, aid again, and casually answered Ran Xiangsi, "These years, you wake up this late every day?"
Such a good greeting, but Fengchen’s words made Xiangsi instantly deflate, "Well, I didn’t have anything to do..."
Indeed, she had been living quite freely in the past four years.
Not going to school, writing code and practicing technology at night, occasionally going out to eat, drink, and have fun with Alan and the others, naturally waking up late in the morning.
