"What about the security guard?!" Dawn Sutherland’s eyes turned exceptionally deep as he looked at Arlo Seys and asked.
"He was taken away and given a sum of money to his wife, with instructions not to speak out. This security guard must have secrets," Arlo Seys replied. "I had soone investigate the hotel, and the CCTV footage from that night was tampered with, edited. Sothing must have happened at the party that we don’t know about, and it might soon co to light. Dawn, what do you think about Daisy Grant? Or can you guess why she might be involved?"
Dawn Sutherland’s lips revealed a bitter smile, his voice low: "I want to know why too, maybe we’re right, it’s about the father of her child!"
The scene by the roadside flashed through Dawn’s mind, watching her get into a car with a man, an inexplicable panic and unease swelling in his heart.
The two had been good brothers since eting as children, knowing each other’s habits and nature thoroughly. Seeing Dawn’s silence and sowhat absent-minded gaze, Arlo Seys looked at him, "What’s wrong? Dawn, is sothing troubling you?"
Dawn snapped back to reality and shook his head, "Arlo, I’m leaving, take good care of yourself. Ariel is in a coma, and it’s uncertain when she will wake up. Taking care of her is not a one-day task. You need to keep yourself well to care for her."
Arlo Seys’s gaze turned back to the person on the bed, nodding, his voice low and hoarse: "I know."
Dawn bid farewell and stood up to leave.
In the quiet hospital room, Arlo Seys stood in front of Ariel Morris’s bed, his eyes deep with loneliness and solitude.
"Ariel, you’ve slept for so long, it’s ti to wake up. Don’t you want to see Ryan and Iris? Didn’t you always want a baby the most? They’re waiting for you to wake up too."
"Ariel, the child is almost a month old, and the Seys Family plans to hold a month-old banquet for the child. Are you really going to miss it?"
"Fine, I know you’re lazy, if you want to sleep, just sleep. I’ll watch over you, sleep peacefully. Once you’re rested, open your eyes and look at , okay?"
"As long as you wake up in this lifeti and glance at , it’s enough."
"In our youth, you were always the one chasing . This ti, I’ll stand here waiting for you, waiting for you to wake up, waiting a lifeti for you."

That night, Little Princess Iris Seys in the incubator exhibited abnormalities, her heart rate fluctuating. The doctors and nurses in the duty room were all in a frenzy, with the Seys Family anxiously guarding outside the ergency room door.
When Arlo Seys heard the news from the nurse, he was bewildered, glancing at Ariel Morris on the hospital bed, his voice carrying a hint of hoarseness: "Ariel, stop sleeping, sothing happened to the baby, the Little Princess is in trouble."
Arlo Seys finished speaking and stepped toward the ergency room.
At the ergency room entrance, everyone’s eyes looked at him. Arlo Seys’s thin lips were tightly pressed, "Where’s Iris?"
Veralina Quinn’s eyes were sowhat red, looking at her son, "The doctor said Iris was afflicted by virus exposure in the womb, so she was born weak. She’s been in the incubator for so long, now it’s feared..." Veralina Quinn choked up, unable to finish her sentence.
Arlo Seys didn’t say anything, his face heavy, stepping forward to knock on the ergency room door.
The door was answered by a nurse sweating profusely, who looked at Arlo Seys and froze for a mont, "Mr. Seys, is there sothing wrong?"
"I want to be with my child."
"But Mr. Seys, this is the ergency room, please calm down," the nurse looked troubled.
"My child is critically ill, my wife is in a coma, how can I be calm?! I want to be with my child, I won’t disturb you!"
