His long fingers gently brushed over the signature, as if seeing the person herself, Dawn gave a bitter smile and said, with a mournful tone, "I’m sorry, Daisy. It was truly my fault, the second brother has made so many mistakes."
As he spoke, Dawn’s fingers pinched the divorce agreent, tearing it slowly into pieces until the word ’divorce’ was no longer visible.
"We will not divorce, I will never sign a divorce agreent in my life! Not even in death!"
While sitting in the study reminiscing about every mont with Daisy Grant, Dawn’s phone rang, interrupting his thoughts.
Seeing that it was Evalian Chapman’s number, Dawn thought of the night at the hotel when a mistake led him to lose touch with Daisy for such a long ti. His gaze darkened as he answered the call.
"Hello sir, this is a server from the Encounter Pub. The owner of this phone is drunk here right now; are you a friend of hers? Because she keeps murmuring your na, I used her phone to call you. Are you available? We’re about to close; could you co and pick her up?"
Dawn initially intended for the pub service staff to take Evalian Chapman ho, but didn’t know her address. He pressed his lips together and said lightly to the other side, "I’ll be there in a mont."

For him, she went and got drunk at a pub alone in the dead of night. Thinking of how well he treated Daisy, it pained her unbearably.
But Dawn’s eyes held only Daisy Grant, leaving her in despair.
Dawn looked back at Evalian, his gaze calm, his voice steady and low, "In this life, besides Daisy Grant, I will marry no one else!"
