Now reading: Chapter 132 I feel like I might lose followers after today from Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming!, a Romance novel by Shi Qianxi.

But how could he possibly tell Ariel about this? Arlo Seys chuckled softly, his eyes shining brightly.

Getting rid of a potential love rival like this is just a matter of using one’s brain...

"Next up, we have one of our Scenic Hill’s stars from Class 7, Grade 1, Ariel Morris! Let’s welco Classmate Morris to give us a spectacular performance!"

The host of the competition, Evalian Chapman, had just finished speaking when a wave of applause and cheers erupted from the playground.

Ariel Morris hesitantly looked back at Arlo Seys, who gave her a slight smile, indicating she shouldn’t be nervous and to do her best.

Ariel Morris nervously walked up to the stage, hands tightly clenched, her heart pounding. As she looked at the crowded playground below, holding the microphone, she was too nervous to say a word.

From the audience, Arlo Seys, who had been watching her all along, noted her expression, his lips pressed together, his gaze deep and profound.

Ariel, you can do it!

While Arlo Seys was deep in thought, student council mber Simon Cox hurried over and said anxiously, "President, it’s bad, Junior Sister Morris’s accompanint tape for the competition has been damaged by soone, it can’t be played! She might have to sing a cappella!"

Arlo Seys’s expression turned serious, "What’s going on? How could you make such a mistake?!"

Simon Cox was also anxious, "President, what do we do? Should we let Junior Sister Morris sing a cappella?"

A cappella...

Arlo Seys’s gaze shifted to the person on the stage, who had been nervously pursing her lips in silence, and felt a twinge of pity. In a calm tone, he quickly instructed Simon Cox, "Go to the music room and get a guitar, bass, and drums, and also bring Nico and Dawn over!"

"Alright!" Simon Cox imdiately turned to carry out Arlo Seys’s orders.

Ariel Morris stood on the stage, already nervous, and after waiting for a while with no sign of the accompanint, she felt even more flustered and scared, bowing her head lower and lower.

Why did she have to participate in this competition? Clearly not having any particular talent, why did she foolishly co on stage to embarrass herself? Ariel Morris lanted inwardly.

Arlo Seys watched as the crowd below began to stir, urging Ariel Morris on stage to hurry up. As his gaze fell on the person standing silently with her head down, his arms folded, his fingertips tightened slightly.

And without further hesitation, he strode confidently up to the stage.

Arlo Seys walked steadily and briskly to the stage, and as he passed by Evalian Chapman, he casually took the microphone from her hand and headed straight for the girl in the center of the stage.

As soon as Arlo Seys took the stage, the previously noisy crowd instantly quieted down. Standing beside Ariel Morris, he surveyed the crowd, then raised the microphone to his lips and said calmly, "I apologize on behalf of the student council for the inconvenience caused to Classmate Morris due to the damage to her accompanint tape. We apologize to everyone waiting and to Classmate Morris participating in the competition."

Arlo Seys’s low, pleasant voice spread throughout every corner of Scenic Hill, and the crowd on the playground heard it clearly. On stage, Arlo Seys’s cool and indifferent deanor, his distinct elegance and grace, exuded an aura of stability and confidence, commanding a magical sense of trust and assurance.

The students stopped clamoring, quietly awaiting the student council president’s arrangents.

Ariel Morris also quietly lifted her gaze to observe the person beside her, with a noble deanor and handso, chiseled features. The gratitude in her eyes slowly spread to her heart.

At this mont, Simon Cox and several other student council mbers brought guitars, basses, and drums from the music room. Nico Haynes and Dawn Sutherland were also called on site.

Nico Haynes casually flipped a drumstick, "Boss Seys, are you really calling over to play accompanint?"

Dawn Sutherland smiled, "I haven’t touched a bass in ages, I feel like I’m going to lose so fans after today."
