Young Master Seys spoke lightly, "A real man accepts his losses."
The implication being, Nico, if you’re a real man, change your address to sister-in-law!
Dawn Sutherland smirked, raised his teacup towards Ariel Morris across from him, and smartly changed his address first: "Sister-in-law."
Ariel Morris’s face flushed completely red in an instant. She quickly picked up her tea to clink it with Brother Dawn’s, her tone shy, "Brother Dawn, a day as a brother ans a lifeti as a brother, how could you call sister-in-law...."
Dawn Sutherland laughed heartily, "Since you’re with Arlo, you’re naturally our sister-in-law. No matter what, I’ve truly thought of you as my own sister in my heart, Ariel. I hope you and Arlo can walk the whole journey of life together. That’s my sincerest blessing as a brother."
Ariel Morris’s fingers trembled slightly, and when she looked up again, her face bore a warm smile. She looked at Dawn Sutherland and said earnestly, "Brother Dawn, regardless of whether Arlo and I end up together, I just want to say I’ll always see you as my brother." After saying this, she shifted her gaze to Nico Haynes, sitting next to Dawn, and raised her cup, "Nico Haynes, though we always bicker and argue, you’ll always be an important friend in my heart."
Nico Haynes looked at Ariel Morris, the seriousness and sincerity on her face moved him slightly, grappling internally with whether to change his address.
Dawn Sutherland glanced at the struggling Nico Haynes, "Changing the address won’t cost you an arm, is it really that hard?"
Nico Haynes steeled his heart, showing a face of determination as if he’d made a major decision. He stood up resolutely, looked at Ariel Morris, took a deep breath, raised his tea, swiftly clinked her cup, and called her in a quick and decisive manner: "Sister-in-law."
The three exchanged smiles, raised their glasses, and downed their tea in one go.
Arlo Seys watched them, a deep smile spreading across his face.
The girl he liked and his brothers getting along well really made him happy.
Nico Haynes sat down, "Tomorrow, I’m treating everyone to a movie, private screening."
Dawn Sutherland laughed, "That’s great, after all, our Third Young Master Haynes has a wealthy family and is the only child, with more money than he could spend in a lifeti."
Nico Haynes shalessly boasted, "Otherwise, how could I be the national male idol... I guess once I graduate, I’d be upgraded to national husband."
"... People who are shaless are invincible," Ariel Morris joked with a smile.
Nico Haynes retorted, "Little Missy, laugh all you want, laugh! Boss Seys is even more sought after than I am. If soone snatches him away one day, don’t co crying to and Second Young Master Sutherland!"
Ariel Morris smiled and said, "Who can resist the charm of Third Young Master Haynes? If soone falls for Arlo, you better work hard to chase them. Compared to Arlo’s aloofness, your sunny and handso appeal is more attractive to girls. I believe in Third Young Master Haynes’ charm!"
Nico Haynes snorted lightly, "That flattery hits just right, I like it! With that kind of talk, let tell you, I’ll have your back from now on! Whoever dares to compete with you for Boss Seys, I’ll handle them! I’ve got money and looks, I don’t believe there’s a girl I can’t win over!"
Ariel Morris raised her tea cup, "No more words, let’s drink first as a sign of respect."
"Alright." Nico Haynes nodded proudly in agreent.
Arlo Seys watched the interaction between his good brother and the girl he liked, smiling slightly, feeling particularly warm, and said in a gentle tone, "Tomorrow’s Christmas and it’s Saturday, so we can have a great ti. Ariel, your birthday’s the day after tomorrow, it’s just the weekend, co out and celebrate with us, the more the rrier."
Ariel Morris paused, pursed her lips, and nodded with a light smile, "Okay."
