Dawn placed Daisy Grant’s hand on his arm, and they walked across the red carpet step by step.
"Second brother, thank you for helping out," Daisy whispered, smiling at Dawn.
Dawn shook his head, smiling lightly, "No need to be so polite with . I am your second brother."
Daisy’s eyes lowered slightly, "Second brother, can you protect like when we were kids? I don’t want things to beco distant between us. Second brother, after being abroad for five years, I found... that second brother, do you dislike clinging to you? Or do you find annoying?"
"Why would you think that?" Dawn pursed his lips, "Daisy, I will never find you annoying."
He wished they had more intersections, wished she would follow behind him like she did when they were young, sweetly calling him ’second brother.’
"Then... second brother, will you still protect ? You always protected when I was little." Daisy’s voice was sowhat low.
Dawn smiled faintly, his eyes shadowed, "Daisy, now you have Aidan to protect you. You don’t need the second brother anymore. Aidan... Aidan will protect you for a lifeti."
She was Aidan’s future wife. To protect her, he had no right.
Daisy’s heart ached painfully, clenching her fingers tightly, she looked up and gave Dawn a soft smile, striving to maintain composure and tranquility on her face, "I understand, second brother."
