Before Ariel Morris could finish her sentence, Arlo Seys tightened his grip on her shoulder, stopping her from speaking.
"So, you laid hands on her?" Arlo Seys’ eyes were like a cold abyss as he spoke lightly.
Before Valeria Johnson could answer, Arlo Seys’ cold fingertips grazed Ariel Morris’s flushed face, a hint of pain flashed in his eyes: "Did you touch her face or..." Arlo Seys paused, his fingertips resting on Ariel Morris’s neck where there were several distinct handprints. Arlo Seys’ eyes narrowed sharply, and his voice was as cold as a blade, "or her neck?"
