Her tears were held back in her eyes, desperately trying not to fall. Langdon Seal saw this and felt pain in his heart.

Maybe it was because she drank too much, or perhaps the weight on her heart was too heavy. Ariel Morris remained silent for a while, then lowered her eyes and opened up, speaking softly about the truth of her departure to Dublin eight years ago.
The events of that year played vividly before her eyes.

It was the day after she and Arlo Seys had been together at the Imperial Garden Hotel.

Ariel Morris was in imnse pain, clutching her aching head while sitting on the cold floor, silently sobbing.
The Morris Family had set a trap and involved the man she loved, Arlo, using the video of their night together to blackmail the Seys Family.
How could they----how could they----Arlo and the Seys Family were innocent! Using her to harm Arlo, she absolutely wouldn’t agree!
As these thoughts rose in her mind, Ariel’s eyes beca resolute and cold. She had to make her parents hand over that video, it must be destroyed!
If her adoptive parents considered her a pawn to manipulate the Seys Family, the only solution was perhaps to destroy this pawn!
Ariel walked to her desk, picked up the paper-cutting knife she had bought to make paper cranes, looked at the succulent plants placed on the desk, and a faint smile appeared on her lips.
