"Display?" Nicole’s eyes took on a cold and eerie glaze. "If I had a knife right now, I would not hesitate to stab you!"
Her words made Jose Floyd’s eyes spark with cold light, his gaze sharp and piercing shot directly at her, his voice laced with icy, bone-chilling danger and warning, "Nicole, don’t beco arrogant just because I’ve indulged you!"
"I just want to leave! Jose Floyd, I want to go ho, let out of Clearflower Estate." Nicole looked tired, the hem of her skirt was drenched, and her lips were pallid.
"If you have the guts, fight your way out!" Jose Floyd’s eyes were extrely cold.
Nicole gritted her teeth, her face icy, then turned to walk out, intending to break through Clearflower Estate.
Jose Floyd sat on the sofa, watched her truly turn away and walk towards the exit, his cold eye slightly narrowed, releasing a bloodthirsty glint.
Beside him, Camden received the command in Jose Floyd’s gaze and imdiately advanced to block Nicole’s path, his expression ice-cold and unfeeling.
"Camden, move!" Nicole yelled angrily.
Camden was unmoved, "Miss Seys, please stop."
"Then don’t bla for using force!" With those words, without a second’s hesitation, Nicole struck out at Camden.
Camden dodged, as the force of Nicole’s hand brushed past him. Nicole moved in close, attacking Camden again.
Camden now stopped evading, eting her attacks head-on. As Camden got serious, Nicole’s eyes beca increasingly flustered; she couldn’t last more than a few dozen moves with Camden and needed to end it quickly!
With that thought in mind, Nicole stopped eting him directly and instead played a war of attrition, attacking in a guerrilla style, her force reduced by a third, losing the previous fierce vigor,
When Camden noticed her reducing her power, he also pulled back; he didn’t dare truly hurt Nicole, he only needed to prevent her from leaving Clearflower Estate. If Nicole got hurt under his watch, the young master would flay him alive later!
Who didn’t know that in these years, ever since she showed up, the young master doted only on her. The cold young master could be quelled by her with just two gentle words; the raging lion would beco silent, then calm. In the face of softness, the hard was simply transford utterly.
Yet who would have thought, the woman once doted on by the young master, would one day unhesitatingly thrust a knife into the young master’s heart!
As Camden attacked Nicole with a palm, Nicole who could have evaded suddenly gave up avoiding, eting the strike directly.
Camden’s palm landed on Nicole’s left shoulder, and as the force hit her, Nicole’s brows visibly furrowed, her body trembled violently.
Surprise and a touch of panic colored Camden’s eyes as he montarily dazedly pondered why she didn’t dodge, didn’t evade. Though he hadn’t used eight tenths of his strength, six or seven tenths were certainly there, this strike she took could not have been painless,
Just as Camden hesitated to withdraw his hand, Nicole’s icy eyes exploded with ice-breaking resilience, swiftly darting forward to seize the pistol Camden always carried in his pocket.
The situation changed in an instant, Camden squinted coldly, just about to strike and reclaim it, but Nicole already had her finger on the trigger, her voice icy, gaze crystalline, "Camden, don’t move!"
Those clear eyes bore cold intent, her face was all indifference, pointing the gun at Camden.
Camden’s hand quietly reached towards his back, just about to make a move when a cold voice sounded from behind, "Camden, stand down!"
Camden’s body stiffened montarily, his hand quietly returned to his side, respectfully retreating a few steps, putting so distance between himself and Nicole.
He elongated his body, rising from the sofa, step by step walking towards Nicole.
With every step he took, Nicole’s face grew colder, and the sweat in her palm increased.
