As he spoke, he removed Ariel Morris’s hand, and upon seeing the swollen bump on her forehead, Arlo Seys’s eyes showed his concern, "Why are you being silly again? Even taking a bath could bump you."
Arlo Seys took her hand and led her out of the bathroom, being very cautious, afraid Ariel Morris might bump into sothing again.
Arlo Seys led Ariel Morris to the bed to sit down, then turned to find ointnt and gently applied it to her, softly massaging the swollen bump,
Ariel Morris felt pampered like a princess, by the person she loved most, her heart sweetened, yet she thought she was so foolish for nearly falling, pouting slightly, her tone filled with grievance, "I don’t even know what happened, my vision suddenly blurred, and the bathroom was quite slippery. I almost fell forward and bumped into the wall."
Arlo Seys paused as he rubbed her forehead, "Ariel, have you been feeling unwell lately? Your vision blurred, just let take you to the hospital for a check-up tomorrow."
Ariel Morris pursed her lips, "I don’t know what’s been going on with lately. I always feel exhausted and want to sleep. I feel hungry shortly after eating. You know I love sweets, but recently they make nauseous. But apart from that, I’m not in any pain, everything is normal."
Arlo Seys stared intently at Ariel Morris’s face, a trace of joy he couldn’t conceal erging in his eyes, his voice sowhat tense and awkward, "Ariel----- have you had your period?"
Ariel Morris paused, shook her head gently, "No---- maybe it’s delayed because I’ve not been feeling well recently...."
As soon as Ariel Morris finished speaking, Arlo Seys hugged her tightly, his body trembling slightly with excitent, his voice filled with ecstatic joy, "Ariel, I think---- you should---- really go for a check-up at the hospital, because----- you might be pregnant."
Ariel Morris’s eyes widened, she pushed away Arlo Seys’s body in disbelief, "Arlo... what did you say?"
Arlo Seys pulled Ariel Morris back into his arms again, his usually cool and indifferent face now incredibly soft, his subtle brows and eyes sparkling, eyebrows raised, "Ariel, tomorrow I’ll go to the hospital with you for a check-up."
Ariel Morris’s fingers instinctively moved to her belly, her clear eyes enlarging with surprise, murmuring to herself, her voice dazed, "I have a baby."
"Yes, you possibly have our baby, a child of mine and yours." Arlo Seys’s eyes were full of smiles, filled with joy.
Ariel Morris smiled deeply, lying on Arlo Seys’s lap, savoring this mont of happiness, sweetness, and excitent.
"Arlo, do you prefer a boy or a girl?"
Arlo Seys’s slender, fair fingers ran through her silky smooth long hair, his voice gentle and warm, his lips smiling, "I like both, as long as it’s our child, I love them all."
Ariel Morris smiled slightly, "I hope the first is a brother, then a sister, so the brother can protect his sister."
Arlo Seys smiled tenderly, "A sister would be great too, then I can protect both of you. I’d love to have a daughter who looks like you, I’ll spoil her like a little princess."
"If it’s a boy, we can na him Ti, Mont, or Day; how nice, we don’t even have to spend ti thinking, it sounds great!" Ariel Morris thought to herself, and couldn’t help but chuckle.
".... Mrs. Seys, you’re at liberty. You can indulge the na for a son, but I’ll handle the na for the princess myself, or I fear she’ll grow up hating ." Arlo Seys smiled, teasingly.
"Naming him Ti or Mont sounds great! Let’s happily decide on that!"
