Ariel Morris’s voice was soft and gentle, and the anger in Arlo Seys’s heart dissipated in her soft-spoken pleas, the redness in his eyes gradually fading as his rationality slowly returned.
Arlo Seys slightly relaxed his grip, and the wooden stick fell. He turned around, adjusted the suit jacket around Ariel Morris, then directly scooped her up in his arms and walked away.
As he passed by the police, Dawn Sutherland, and Nico Haynes, he paused, gazing ahead with cold eyes devoid of warmth, and coolly instructed the police, "Inform your chief about tonight’s incident! I want him to handle it seriously!"
Once finished speaking, Arlo Seys carried Ariel Morris out of everyone’s sight.
Dawn Sutherland gave a mild smile and played the official tone with the police, "Well, then I leave the rest of the matters to you all."
The older policeman chuckled dryly a couple of tis, but still couldn’t resist his curiosity, "What did these punks do to provoke Young Master Seys tonight? We don’t dare to ask him directly, so..."
Dawn Sutherland’s expression turned serious as he looked at the group lying on the ground, his eyes also becoming three degrees colder, "Not a single one of these people should be let off! You can get the statents from their mouths, and I’ll call your chief tomorrow to explain the situation! Young Master Seys’s intentions are very clear, he wants it handled seriously!"
The police stopped asking questions and imdiately nodded in agreent, "Alright, we understand!"

Nico Haynes seed to suddenly rember sothing and patted the police chief on the shoulder, pointing to Juan Campbell, covered in blood on the ground, saying, "Ah, right, that bloody man seems to be your deputy chief’s son, hehe, make sure your chief gives him proper attention! If anything happens, the Seys Family backs him!"
Nico Haynes glanced at the police chief’s liver-colored face, smiling as he walked away.
The older policeman yelled at the young subordinates behind him, "What are you still standing around for? Arrest them all! Take them to the station!"
A bunch of patrol officers quickly got busy, and one by one had handcuffs deftly snapped on the group lying on the ground.
One of the battered guys complained, questioning the police for their unfairness, and a hot-tempered police chief responded by directly greeting him with a baton.
"Shut your damn mouth! Fuck, are you blind? Daring to offend the Seys Family Crown Prince! Is your brain flooded?"
"Do you know how difficult it is to get off work, go ho, and just get so sleep? Damn it! Because of you guys making trouble, I have to co out to work in the middle of the night!"
"You bunch of scum, tell , what cri did you commit tonight? To make the always low-key Seys Family Crown Prince demand severe punishnt on you?"
A bunch of drunken guys were filled with disbelief, damn it! The person they just fought with was the Seys Family Crown Prince? The most untouchable figure in City C?
One of the guys weakly replied, "We didn’t really do anything, we just—that we saw a girl we liked and wanted to make friends, who knew Young Master Seys would jump out and ddle!"
The police chief recalled the scene from earlier, rembering the only girl present, and then thought of the Seys Family Crown Prince leaving with her in his arms, he kicked the guy who just replied, cursing under his breath, "Damn it! You deserved to get beaten! How dare you target the Young Madam Seys, if the Seys Family doesn’t kill you, who will? You blind idiots, best of luck to you!"
What was originally thought to be just a brawl case now turns out to be a serious attempted sexual assault case!
The police chief, who initially felt so sympathy for their deputy chief’s son lying in blood on the ground, now looked at him with full disdain, muttering to himself, serves him right!
