This warm mont truly felt surreal to her, like an illusion; she never imagined she would actually live at her second brother’s house soday.
Daisy Grant’s gaze was drawn to the toothbrush cup placed in front of her.
The two cups looked identical, including the patterns, with the only difference being that one was for n and one was for won.
Daisy’s eyes deepened as she looked over at the towel she used.
Couples’ cups—-
Even the towels were matching couples’ style—-
Were they prepared by her second brother for Evalian Chapman? But she didn’t expect to move into her second brother’s house first, right?
Daisy’s mood was sowhat heavy, and she walked out of the bathroom in silence.
Upon seeing her co out, Dawn Sutherland pulled out a chair by the dining table, greeting her with a gentle smile, "Co have breakfast, Daisy."
Daisy looked up to et Dawn’s softly smiling face, giving a slight smile in return as she walked over.
The two sat at the table eating breakfast.
Daisy ate breakfast, "Second brother, are you going to the company later?"
"Mm, yes." Dawn nodded.
Holding the soy milk, Daisy took a sip, "Then maybe you could give a ride, I’m headed the sa way."
"Where are you going?" Dawn asked.
Daisy’s fingers stiffened slightly, yet she maintained a faint smile as she replied, "I’m going to try wedding dress styles. Aidan just texted, there’s sothing at the company, he can’t make it. And since I’m free today, I’ll try mine first."
Dawn’s hand, which was about to bring the soy milk to his lips, paused, his brows furrowing slightly to conceal his emotions, though his voice was sowhat subdued, "Alright."
They finished breakfast and headed to the garage to fetch the car.
Only then did Daisy notice Dawn’s car wasn’t there; parked in the garage was her own red car.
Daisy guessed that Dawn had lent his car to Evalian Chapman, which was why he was driving her car back ho.
Dawn smiled faintly, "Now it seems you’re giving a ride."
"It’s alright, second brother, get in the car."
Daisy got into the driver’s seat while Dawn went around to the passenger seat, and they drove off.
Upon reaching the bridal shop, Daisy hit the brakes, her gaze deepening as she looked at the wardrobe full of pristine white wedding dresses, sowhat dim.
The dimness in her eyes, tinged with sadness, caused Dawn’s heart, which had been watching her from the corner of his eye, to clench slightly. Rembering her dream talk last night, he vaguely guessed the reason for her sadness.
Not marrying the one she loves makes trying on a wedding dress neither joyful nor happy for her.
Daisy deeply loves the person in her heart, causing a subtle ache in Dawn’s heart.
Dawn pressed his lips together, speaking in a low, deep voice, "Daisy, why not get out?"
Daisy turned to look at the person in the passenger seat, her lips moving slightly, her gaze deep as if hesitating about how to speak.
Dawn looked at her, "No need to consider your words with ; I’m your second brother, rember?"
Daisy nodded lightly, her lips parting slightly as she spoke, "Second brother, if you’re not busy at the company, could you accompany ... to try on the wedding dress?"
It’s impossible to marry her beloved second brother while wearing the wedding dress, but could she extravagantly ask her second brother to see her draped in the wedding dress?
In the mirror, only the reflection of her standing side by side with her second brother appeared. Her wedding dress cascading to the floor, her second brother dashing in a suit, full of vitality...
Dawn didn’t reply, his entire body slightly rigid.
Accompanying her to try on wedding dresses and then watching her marry soone else in a wedding dress was a tornt and pain that made Dawn’s breath hitch for a mont.
Seeing he didn’t speak, Daisy gave a faint smile, the light in her eyes gradually dimming. She pushed open the car door and got out, "Second brother, go to the company. I’ll co by in the afternoon to drive the car back."
