Dawn Sutherland stopped in her tracks, her voice calm, "My resolution is to unconditionally trust her."
"She really did secretly ss with your computer! And—she once wired a substantial sum of money to a man! Don’t you have any doubts at all?! She might have used that money to bribe soone on Waltham’s side, found out C.Y’s offer from Waltham, and deliberately sabotaged the collaboration plan between C.Y and Waltham!"
This ti Dawn Sutherland didn’t respond to Daisy Grant. Instead, he guided Daisy towards the car, thoughtfully opening the car door for her. Once Daisy was seated, he got into the car himself.

Evalian Chapman cast a mocking look at Aidan and intended to leave.
"Stop!" Aidan Sutherland shouted, walking toward Evalian, "I ask you, did you just say that Daisy Grant transferred a sum to an unknown man?!"
"What’s it to you!" Evalian glanced at Aidan with displeasure.
Aidan approached, a chilling aura on his face, "Was it two hundred thousand?! I’m asking you, did Daisy Grant transfer two hundred thousand out?"
"How do you know?!" Evalian frowned at Aidan.
She had only recently investigated Daisy Grant’s unusual activities, giving her the impression that Daisy was trying hard to cover sothing up. With today’s incident at C.Y, she thought Dawn Sutherland would be furious with Daisy, but to her surprise, Dawn never suspected Daisy at all.
Aidan’s gaze turned extrely cold. He swiftly returned to his car, ignoring Evalian Chapman further!
"Damn, are you crazy! Aren’t you going to be clear about things?!" Evalian cursed at Aidan’s retreating car.
Aidan drove while dialing a number. As soon as the call connected, Aidan’s cold voice sounded.
"Did you say the security guard on duty at the hotel the day of Dawn’s opening party recently resigned?"
"Yes." The other end quickly replied.
"Any news about him? Where did he go after quitting?!" A chilling sensation emanated from Aidan’s grip on the steering wheel.
"He probably went back to his hotown. I heard he recently ca into so unexpected money and started living well. He bought a small shop worth about two to three hundred thousand in his county hotown and opened a fast-food restaurant with his wife. Life’s pretty good for him now. Ha, what luck! Not long ago, he was telling he only had a few tens of thousands saved, and now he can buy a shop and open a restaurant! Could he have suddenly gotten rich overnight?!"
Overnight riches, going from only tens of thousands in savings to imdiately buying a small shop for two to three hundred thousand upon returning ho—both the amount and timing are too coincidental. Aidan’s expression turned as dark as ink.
"Try to find out where that security guard’s hotown is from your colleagues at the hotel! If you help find him, I’ll give you twenty thousand!!"
Elsa told him a few days ago that during her inquiries at the hotel about the night of Dawn’s opening party, she discovered so irregularities. He thought Elsa might be making it up, but it turned out Elsa wasn’t fabricating things from thin air.
