Nangong Ran was instantly thrown into a panic, "Damn it, don’t cry!"
In a fluster, Nangong Ran pulled Di Jinxuan into his arms, patting her back and hurried to comfort her, "I know you’re upset, I know it’s hard on you, but Bo Chenghe’s feelings for you have nothing to do with you. It’s soone else’s business, why should you make yourself sad?"

Di Jinxuan could barely speak, he knew all along that she didn’t like him, she had told him, she was about to marry soone else, yet he still declared his feelings like that!

Especially since their friendship spanned over a decade, that was genuine.
She dared not reveal these feelings in front of Bo Chenghe, for fear of miscommunication, yet her pain was indeed genuine.

Seeing her tear-stained face, Nangong Jin’s brows suddenly knit tightly together.
It felt as if sothing sharp had pierced his heart.
He had heard Di Jinxuan say how sad she was for Bo Chenghe, how she pitied him, how they had spent their entire youth together.
And now, she was crying like a child.
This feeling made him very sad, so much so that it seed as if he had snatched the happiness that should have belonged to both of them.
For a mont, Nangong Jin’s peach blossom eyes, usually brimming with charm, suddenly dimd, tinged with deep sorrow and a hint of red.
"Jin Brother..." Clearly startled by his sudden appearance, Di Jinxuan found herself panicking even more upon seeing the icy look on his face.
