Fang Hao teased the two kids for a while and noticed that both of the couple seed tired. So she said, "Let’s have the servants take care of things tonight. You’ve learned what you need to, just give them so instructions and don’t tire yourselves out."
Di Mingjue waved his hand, indicating he understood.
"Then I’ll head back first," Fang Hao said.
Gu Qibao opened her eyes, "Oh, okay, take your ti, Mom."
"It’s fine. Anyway, the second one is sending back, you just get so rest and call if you need anything."
"Got it, I will." Gu Qibao nodded.
After Di Mingchen and Fang Hao left, Gu Qibao finally let out a sigh of relief.
But as soon as they left the room, Gu Qibao burst into a smile, and if she weren’t worried about still being a patient with a wound on her stomach, she might have laughed until she passed out.
"What are you laughing at?" Di Mingjue looked at Gu Qibao in confusion, completely baffled, and seeing her laugh like this gave him an inexplicable sense of panic.

Gu Qibao blinked, suddenly realizing, right!
If Nangong Ran marries Second Brother, her child and hers would be cousins, how could they beco in-laws?

She hadn’t even considered this point.
"But," Gu Qibao scratched her head, "what if they genuinely like each other?"
"If they genuinely like each other, I don’t really have any objections," Di Mingjue said, "But, if there was a spark, you’d think they’d feel it, but right now, it doesn’t seem like there is."
"Maybe they’re just slow to warm up." Gu Qibao pouted.
"Maybe." Di Mingjue nodded, "Anyway, let’s just let it be. Don’t forget, there’s still Alvin."
Gu Qibao pondered for a long ti and eventually nodded, "Yeah, there’s still Alvin. So, we’ll just have to let things take their course."
These kinds of things can’t be forced, just like with Di Xiaxia and Di Mingzhe, or Nangong Jin and Di Jinxuan.
Although both pairs eventually ended up together happily, it was initially Di Mingzhe and Nangong Jin who were the enthusiastic ones.
And now with Di Mingchen as the man not taking any initiative, and Nangong Ran being so carefree, so...
It seems both of them are the slow-to-warm-up types. But that’s good, once they discover their feelings, it would be intense, and besides, there’s always ti to co!
