Nangong Ran’s eyes instantly widened, her heart pounding like a drum. She completely lost her composure.
When she looked up, she locked eyes with his deep and enigmatic gaze. For the first ti, Nangong Ran thought his eyes were actually pretty captivating.
In those eyes, she could clearly see her own reflection—the version of herself inside looked anxious and unsettled.
This was probably the first ti she and Di Mingchen had been this close, and right now, the way they were felt nothing like between just friends.
"Mingchen, what are you doing?" she couldn’t help but ask again, not realizing her voice was shaking.
Di Mingchen still didn’t say anything, just stared at her.
One second, two seconds, and just when Nangong Ran couldn’t stand the intensity of his gaze anymore, he suddenly leaned in a little, pulling her into his arms.
Nangong Ran froze for a second and instinctively tried to struggle, but his low, magnetic voice sounded in her ear.
"Nangong Ran, listen. I lost at the ga, and now they want to kiss you—for five minutes. Is that okay?"
At that, Nangong Ran’s eyes flew wide open, as if she’d just been struck by lightning. Even her body trembled uncontrollably.

So he really was going to kiss her!
Refuse, or agree?
Nangong Ran started to hesitate.
After a mont, she asked, "Is it a ga?"
"Yeah." he replied.
"Do you know how?" she asked again.
"Nope." he replied.
" neither." Nangong Ran curled her lips into a smile.
"Wanna give it a try?" Di Mingchen leaned in closer to her ear, his warm breath recklessly spilling across it.
Nangong Ran hadn’t even replied yet, when suddenly Di Mingchen kissed her.
She could still sharply sense that he’d been drinking, probably quite a lot.
Was he drunk?
Was this a move made under the influence, so he was a little reckless?
