"You have a lot of girlfriends, which one are you talking about?" Alvin said with disdain.
John: "..."
"All of them!" John slapped his thigh. "Every single one of them is so naggy! But isn’t the loveliness of won in their nagging? Can you even call yourself a man without a woman’s nagging?"
Upon hearing this, Alvin’s expression froze.
John imdiately realized he’d misspoken, "Well, you’re different, you’re just, just..."
"Alright, enough nonsense, are you leaving or not? If you won’t go, I will." Alvin turned and went into the room, though there wasn’t really much to pack. He could just leave directly, and call soone to get his things later, or simply not bother with them.
"Your Highness, Your Highness." John dashed into the room, "You can’t leave! If you do, I won’t be able to explain things to the Queen!"
"Listen to her or listen to ? Get the plane to co imdiately, departing in an hour." Alvin’s words were unquestionable and irrefutable.
At least John didn’t dare to object.
In the end, he could only lower his head, "Yes, Your Highness."
"Go out, I need so rest." Alvin tiredly waved his finger.
"You haven’t eaten yet." John bowed respectfully, "I’ve already cooked the steak for you."
"Not eating." Alvin lay on the bed and turned over, like a child sulking.
John sighed, oh dear, trying to deliver a pork knuckle only to be scolded like a dog. In his shoes, anyone would feel upset and defeated.
But now Alvin wants to leave, what can he do?
He really can’t let him go, can he?
Then the Queen would definitely have him skinned, he’d be in trouble with her, and Alvin wouldn’t be able to save him either.
This is the tough part of being a subordinate, caught between a rock and a hard place!
Thinking it over, John sneakily slipped into the bathroom to call the Queen.
Luckily, the Queen had already sobered up from her drinking, though she was nursing a small headache.
Seeing John’s call, the Queen answered joyfully, "How is it, how is it? Did my future daughter-in-law get drunk from my drinking cession?"
"Yes." John replied honestly, "Second Young Miss looked intoxicated when she went ho last night."
"Of course." The Queen said excitedly before asking, "Did they have any romantic sparks?"
"They did." John also replied honestly, "Second Young Miss sprained her ankle last night, and His Highness went to take care of her. When he ca back, he had lipstick all over his mouth and even made pork knuckle soup to send over to Second Young Miss today noon."
"Really?" The Queen covered her mouth and laughed, "Oh my, my silly boy is not bad at all."
"But then Second Young Miss scolded His Highness, and now he’s very angry, wants to return ho, wants to terminate the contract here, and wants the plane to co get him in an hour."
"Huh?" The Queen blinked, "What did you say? My daughter-in-law scolded Alvin?"
"Yes." John nodded his head, thinking the Queen might get angry since she adored Alvin most, treating him like a precious gem.
"Really?" To his surprise, instead of anger, the Queen laughed a seductive laugh, continuously saying, "My daughter-in-law is too cute! Good scold, good scold, that silly boy needs a woman to scold him!"
John: "..."
How was that a good scold, His Highness is so upset he’s about to leave, and still it’s a good scold.
"But Queen." John hurriedly said, "His Highness really wants to return ho now, I, I can’t stop him!"
"Return ho?" The Queen blinked, "Are there empty planes dostically that serve only him? Doesn’t he care about the contracts signed here?"
