After so thought, Gu Qibao decided that her best friend Nangong Ran must have drugged the wine. Two cups of wine – one for her, the other for Bo Chengyan. Bo Chengyan was the man she had a crush on and was also a part of the Four Great Families of the Empire: the Di Family at the helm, followed by the Bo Family, Gu Family, and Nangong Family.

On her nineteenth birthday, Bo Chengyan couldn’t co because he was having surgery at the hospital. So, she decided to have a small party at Dihai Lantian, a private club owned by Di Mingjue, and once again invited Bo Chengyan.

Bo Chengyan did co, but unfortunately, he was called back to the hospital before he could even drink his wine. She had no idea there was sothing wrong with the wine in advance. Disappointed, she gave it to Di Mingjue. And that’s how everything turned into this ss.

She didn’t want to delve into the details anymore, the key issue was she had been caught by her family. The matter she didn’t want to blow out of proportion was becoming so. Not only was her family making a big deal out of it, but the Di Family also found out about it. After all, they were close, so they couldn’t pretend like nothing happened.

Both the eldest and the second son of the Di Family were called ho. Di Mingjue sat on the sofa with an indifferent expression on his gorgeous face, supporting his head slightly with one hand – no one knew what he was thinking.

The eldest son of the Di family, Di Mingzhe, was a vice-presidential candidate, and the second son, Di Mingchen, was the commander of the military region. The three brothers did have a certain resemblance to each other.

Although Di Mingzhe had a gentle countenance, he also had a poker face. Di Mingchen was the most normal of the three, though his facial features were refined and noble.

If Di Mingjue was akin to an emperor, then Di Mingchen was a prince, and as for Di Mingzhe, he was an aloof immortal who seed to live above the worldly troubles.

"Since this has happened, they should get married." Di Mingjue’s father, Di Yan, exuded a formidable aura; his words had the tone of a command.

"Impossible." Di Mingjue coldly rebuffed, completely disregarding Di Yan’s commands.

"Nonsense. A man should take responsibility." Di Yan increased his aura.

"I refuse to marry. If soone has to marry, it can be you." Di Mingjue stood up, his tall figure exuded a great pressure. His cool and handso face showed no emotion as he walked away.

Di Yan spat blood, feeling helpless. He wondered how this abnormal son of his was born. He rembered that in his younger days, he was at least better than him.

"What kind of attitude is that?" Fang Hao, Di Mingjue’s mother, held her temple, wondering who he took after. She wished she could send him back and redo it all.

"Isn’t his attitude still within normal limits?" Di Mingchen said gracefully. "Considering that Gu Qibao refused to get married first, we should count ourselves lucky that he didn’t kill her over this. He’s being upright."

Whoever disrespects the Di Family’s third master would not have good days ahead.

The third master of the Di Family was the kind who demanded to be the one to initiate breakups, and he preferred a woman who was delicate and gentle.

Soone like Gu Qibao who was restless and defiant wouldn’t last long with him.

"Even if he refuses, he must marry." Di Yan said coldly, "Is it up to him?"

He can’t even control his own son, how can he consider himself a father? Besides, their family would never accept that disabled girlfriend of his.

"Right!" Fang Hao agreed, "At last, he slept with another woman. Even if he doesn’t want to marry, he must!"

"Hmm." Di Mingzhe nodded, turned his head towards Di Mingchen, and said, "I rember your n from the military region have quite a bit of free ti. Pick a day and get this sorted out."

Di Mingchen gritted his teeth. His eldest brother’s approach was as ruthless as ever.

"Yes." Di Mingchen nodded but wisely analyzed the situation, "One thing you need to figure out though is that it’s Gu Qibao who doesn’t want to marry the third brother. Are you planning to kidnap her along with him? If it’s just the third brother refusing to get married, it’s still workable. But neither of them wants to. One is frigid, the other is crazy. Even if we force them to get married, who knows what kind of problems they’ll create?"

Fang Hao did hope for Gu Qibao to marry into their family given her motherly bond with Gu Qibao’s mother, Qin Qian. Out of the seven daughters of the Gu Family, anyone of them as her daughter-in-law would be a dream co true.

However, Di Mingchen’s analysis wasn’t completely unreasonable, Gu Qibao was the youngest daughter of the Gu Family, she was fierce and lively. It’s doubtful whether a forceful approach would work here.

"Let’s wait and see what Gu Qibao thinks." Di Mingzhe finally made a decision.

"Anyway, whether he sleeps with her once or multiple tis, we might as well encourage the third brother to sleep with her a few more tis. If she gets pregnant, she’ll have to marry even if she doesn’t want to..." Di Mingchen lazily sprawled on the couch, his elegant legs stretching out, his words were like pure gold.

"That’s a great idea!" Fang Hao clapped her hands. Her second son indeed knew what to do.

The eldest son generally had a poker face. Even when bandits were at the door, he wasn’t one to panic. The third, though monstrously good-looking, he was impaired with an emotionless face, sarcastic tongue and was a nitpicker. No wonder he hadn’t been able to marry at her age, truly a family misfortune.

Therefore, the second son was the good one. Even though he was a soldier, he was still so cute. Truly her warm-hearted little padded jacket.
