The nurse, feeling smug, was about to say sothing else to Di Mingzhe, but noticed that his face had turned deathly pale, his eyes glaring at her with a chilly voice saying, "Who told you to leave?"

Di Mingzhe’s pale face remained impassive, softly dropping a sentence, "Stay, take good care of her."
With that, he began to walk away, step by step.
Di Xiaxia was feeling irritated, very much so, she couldn’t help but watch his tall yet desolate retreating figure.
Di Xiaxia furrowed her brows, started to feel a headache, so annoying!
She subconsciously wanted to massage her forehead with her hand, but forgot her right hand was injured. The sudden pull caused her to let out a shriek.
Just as Di Mingzhe reached the door, he heard her cry out, instinctively turning back. Seeing her grasping her right hand, screaming, her face pale and drenched in sweat, his heart ached a great deal.
"Your right hand is fractured, you can’t move it for now."
He said anxiously, quickly striding over, bending his tall form to gingerly hold her right hand.
Di Xiaxia gritted her teeth in pain, it took her a while to recover. She wordlessly looked at her hand, her mood sinking to rock bottom.
She couldn’t help but let out a sarcastic remark, "I owe this to your generosity, this is how my hand beca."
Di Mingzhe didn’t pick up on her words, instead looking carefully at her hand, saying in a low voice, "The doctor said it’s not a major issue, rest well and you’ll recover.
Di Xiaxia fell silent, glanced at him.
He seed to be weighed down with guilt, staring at her right hand, his eyes seeming to be filled with pity but also self-reproach.
This side of him made Di Xiaxia feel uncomfortable, inexplicably sad.

Di Xiaxia couldn’t figure it out.
She fell silent for a mont, finally moistening her lips, her voice hoarse, saying, "I’m thirsty, I need water."
Di Mingzhe suddenly looked at her, his eyes brightening, she’s not asking him to leave?

His deep, dark eyes were focused on pouring the water for her.
Di Xiaxia squinted her eyelids. Since childhood, she didn’t seem to have ordered Di Mingzhe to do anything.
She didn’t dare to.
Thinking about last night, she was pretty bold!
She even dared to kick him twice and have a loud argunt with him.
