(This chapter isn't edited yet)

Noah was still descending the stairs to the third underground floor, but he could already feel a great deal of energy building up there.

According to what Carlos' father had said, Fontinelli lived on the third floor underground of the pany itself, as he had offended many people, staying in a luxurious mansion might be more fortable, but it wouldn't be the safest choice.

As he had no wife or children, it was simpler for him.

So, knowing Fontinelli was on the third floor underground, Noah continued down, only to be shocked to discover the energy of at least three blessed Rank C.

For a man to be able to control 4 blessed Rank C in Eyrin city, it took him to the top of the city's power pyramid, where just having a single blessed Rank C already made that person one of the most influential in the city.

'These blessed must not be Fontinelli's men, it is impossible for someone in this city to control 4 blessed Rank C, even more so for someone as greedy as he, if he really had this power, he would have already bee the lord of the city's market and monopolized all the resources here.' Noah thought, trying to figure out what was going on.

From what he deduced, these blessed must have probably been hired by Fontinelli for today, perhaps to deal with a possible counterattack from Carlos' family, or perhaps to try to deal with Bel after he was captured.

'Anyway, it doesn't matter to me. In an enclosed place, surrounded by enemies, without having to worry about the safety of allies, it just leaves me freer to fully unleash my strength. Maybe I still can't handle a blessed Rank B, but dealing with only a Blessed Rank C won't be a problem.'

Upon opening the door, Noah immediately saw the source of the powerful energies he had been feeling earlier.

Three people, looking at him with dark expressions, each dressed in a different way, only proved to Noah that these people were just mercenaries hired by Fontinelli.

"So you're the big troublemaker up there." A handsome blond man in a designer suit glared at Noah as he calmly said. "Tell me how much Fernando offered you, I'll pay you double for you to e back and kill him back."

Seeing the man who was probably Fontinelli looking at him like he was a succulent piece of meat, Noah felt very unfortable. That look was as if this man wanted Noah's strength, no matter what the cost.

This gave Noah an idea. "A million." He said in a cold voice.

"What?" Fontinelli asked confused.

"What you asked me. Fernando offered me a million to get your head back." Noah said indifferently.

"Bastard, do you think that with just a million he can kill me?! Knight, I offer you two million to bring Fernando's head to me. I guarantee you, if all goes well, in the future I will pay you much more money from where this one is ing from." Fontinelli said with a devilish smile.

For a second Noah even wondered if he was the devil, or if the real devil was in front of him right now.

"Half the payment must be upfront." Noah said with his hands clasped in front of his chest.

Fontinelli knew that this type of transaction should provide some kind of guarantee, after all, after Fernando was dead, even if he didn't pay, Fernando would still be dead.

"All right, men, bring the case here." Fontinelli said with a smile on his face.

This briefcase was just one of the briefcases he had set aside to pay Shadow S, but since the assassination had failed, there was no longer any need to keep that money for him.

After opening the briefcase and checking how much was inside, Noah finally cracked a smile and discreetly looked into the room where the other men had brought the briefcase.

Without another word, Noah just raised his right hand and eight pentagrams appeared on the floor.

Before Fontinelli and the other blessed could react, Noah had them distracted by the imps ing out of the pentagrams and teleported to Fontinelli, claws blazing, Noah easily reaching down the man's chest and ripping out the heart of this handsome man in a suit. .

When the other blessed reacted it was too late. Fontinelli had died in their custody.

Their job was strictly to protect this man, but in a split second this knight who appeared to be a man who relied on brute strength had breached and used a space skill to kill their client.

At that point they might as well leave, as the client was dead, but with that their reputation in the mercenary agency would plummet in parallel.

So, to maintain some of their reputation, at least they should take the head of the man who killed the client as pensation.

But who said it would be so easy to do that?

Noah didn't even give these men time to e up with a plan, and using the large amount of mana available on the corpses he was burning, Noah teleported himself several times a second inside the room while using his fire claws to cut through these people.

Among the three blessed, one of them had a high agility, which allowed him to dodge some of Noah's attacks, but as he didn't pare to Shadow S still some attacks hit.

The screams of these people as they were burned was like Beethoven's ninth symphony to Noah. "Ode to joy!" Dia cried out in satisfaction as he snapped his fingers and forced the particles of fire he left all over the room to flood the bodies of these blessed ones and turn the three of them into corpses.

"That sounds like a good name for the skill... instead of calling it [Incredible Handsome Flames Explosion Spider Web of Hell], using the name [Ode to Joy] is a particularly better name." Noah told himself thoughtfully.
