"Sofia was breathing hard, her crop top rising and falling with each breath. Her lips were swollen and wet, flushed dark from kissing."

"How is that... an apology?" she asked, voice shaky. "Not to ntion the first step?" Her face was flushed red, the color spreading down her neck.

Liam didn’t move an inch out of her personal space. He let his hand linger on the swell of her hip, his thumb hooked just inside the waistband of her skin-tight jeans.

"That’s just how I like my apologies delivered. And from the way you were moving, it felt like you were enjoying apologizing with your mouth just as much as I was."

"I wasn’t," she snapped, though her denial lacked any real sting.

She looked down, unable to et his eyes.

"Then why didn’t you push away?" Liam teased, his grin widening.

"I was just about to," she countered quickly, her voice pitching higher. "That’s when you stopped."

Liam glanced upward. Above her head. Lust Bar was a solid, glowing

[100/100]

"Alright," Liam said, his voice dropping into a low, predatory rumble. "Why don’t I do it again? This ti, you actually try pushing away."

He didn’t give her a second to prep.

He leaned in, his mouth claiming hers with a heavy, demanding heat.

Sofia’s hands flew up imdiately, her palms landing flat against his chest as if to shove him back. But as his tongue licked against her seam, her elbows went soft.

Her fingers, instead of pushing, curled into the cotton of his shirt, bunching the fabric as she pulled him closer.

’Bro, I’ve already gotten kissing lessons from three girls with like, insane tongues, and you really think you’re getting out of this?’

Liam’s hand slid down, his fingers spreading wide over the heavy denim covering her backside. He squeezed hard, kneading the firm, rounded muscle of her ass.

A muffled moan vibrated through her throat and into his mouth. He ground his hips against hers, feeling the friction of her tight jeans against his own.

He pulled back abruptly, a sharp giggle escaping him. Sofia looked dazed, her eyes glassy and unfocused.

"Wait," Liam whispered, his eyes dancing with mischief. "Didn’t you just say you weren’t enjoying this?"

"Shut up," she hissed, her face burning. "Just... shut up."

Liam’s gaze dropped to the black lace of her bra peeking out from the white hem. "I want to suck your tits. If you’ll let ."

Sofia froze.

The silence stretched for several heartbeats, the only sound was the ticking of a wall clock.

She bit her lip so hard it turned white, her eyes darting to the bedroom door and back to him. Finally, she gave a stiff, jerky nod. "Okay."

She reached for the hem of her white crop top, her fingers trembling. Slowly, she pulled the thin fabric upward, exposing the smooth, pale curve of her stomach, then her ribs.

Just as she was about to hook her thumbs into the black lace of her bra to set her breasts free, a violent, continuous thudding echoed through the room.

BAM. BAM. BAM.

Both of them jumped nearly a foot in the air. Sofia let out a small shriek, frantically yanking her shirt back down over her midriff.

"Liam! Open up!"

The knocking continued. Liam pulled back, the mood instantly gone.

’Is that Kelvin?’

"I’ve got to get that," Liam hissed, trying to smooth his hair.

"I’m going to hide," Sofia whispered, looking panicked, but there was nowhere to go.

Liam walked to the door, his heart hamring against his ribs for all the wrong reasons.

He swung it open just a crack. It was Kelvin, standing there with a plastic-wrapped bundle of dry-cleaned clothes draped over his arm.

"Dude, I’ve been knocking forever. Were you asleep or sothing?" Kelvin asked, already trying to shoulder his way in.

"This is a really bad ti, man," Liam said, his voice tight and nervous.

He planted his foot firmly to keep the door from opening further.

"What’s wrong?" Kelvin’s eyebrows shot up.

He started cranng his neck, trying to peer over Liam’s shoulder into the dim apartnt. "Why are you acting weird? Who’s in there with you?"

Before Liam could weave a lie, he felt a soft pressure on his shoulder.

Sofia stepped up behind him, her face still flushed but her expression set in a mask of feigned calm. She had tucked her hair back, though her lips were still suspiciously red.

Liam stepped aside, clearing a path. Sofia walked past him into the hallway, her tight jeans accentuating every inch of her stride as she moved past a stunned Kelvin.

"Hello," she said simply, giving Kelvin a brief, polite nod as she hurried toward the stairs.

"Hey," Kelvin managed, giving her a nod as she passed.

She smiled back before leaving

Kelvin stood frozen, his jaw practically hitting the floor as he watched the way the denim gripped her curves from behind.

He waited until she had disappeared around the corner of the stairwell before he turned to Liam, his eyes wide with shock.

"No way." Kelvin’s grin was massive. "No freaking way, man. How the hell did you manage that?" He laughed, shaking his head. "I still can’t believe you hooked up with the hottest professor on campus, and now Sofia? She’s like, one of the ice queens on campus."

’All thanks to the system,’ Liam thought.

"Seems like being a good guy sotis actually counts for sothing," Liam said with a teasing grin.

"Seems like it does," Kelvin replied, still in awe.

He reached into his bag and pulled out a clothes hanger wrapped in plastic, holding it out to Liam. "Here, take this."

"What’s this?" Liam asked, confused, as he took the hanger.

"Let’s hope your good boy charm doesn’t fail you tonight," Kelvin said with a wide grin. "We’re going to a party. Get ready—I’ll be waiting for you."

Liam closed the door and walked over to his bed, setting the wrapped hanger down. He tore open the plastic wrap, pulling out the clothes Kelvin had brought.

A fitted black button-down shirt, expensive by the feel of the fabric—smooth, almost silky.

Dark grey slacks that looked tailored, not the cheap stuff he usually wore. Even leather shoes, polished to a mirror shine.

’What the hell kind of party needs clothes like this?’

He held up the shirt, frowning.

The only party Kelvin had dragged him to before involved beer pongs, loud music, and soone’s apartnt that slled like weed and regret. This must be a clearly different party.

But Kelvin was his boy. Had been since freshman year. If he went through the trouble of getting these clothes dry-cleaned and delivered, there had to be a reason.

’Guess I’ll find out.’

Twenty minutes later, Liam was buttoning the last button as he walked down the hallway to Kelvin’s apartnt.

The shirt fit perfectly, hugging his shoulders and chest in a way his usual hoodies never did.

The slacks made his legs look longer, and the shoes damn, he’d never worn shoes this nice in his life.

Kelvin was leaning against his car when Liam stepped outside. A sleek black Range Rover.

Kelvin’s face broke into a huge grin. "Yo! Look at you, man. You clean up nice. Like, really nice."

"Alright, enough." Liam climbed into the passenger seat. The interior slled like leather and cologne. "Where are we going?"

Kelvin slid into the driver’s seat, still grinning like he knew the world’s best secret. "It’s a surprise."

"A surprise," Liam repeated flatly.

"Trust , bro. You’re gonna love it."

’I hate whenever he says that. Though to be fair, he hasn’t been completely wrong yet.’

Liam didn’t push. Also Kelvin had that look—the one that said he wasn’t going to give anything away no matter how much Liam asked.

So Liam just settled back into the seat and watched the city roll by through the window.

The drive took about thirty minutes, winding through parts of the city Liam barely recognized.

Tall buildings gave way to quieter streets lined with trees and gated properties. Old money territory. The kind of place where people had driveways longer than his entire street back ho.

Finally, Kelvin pulled up to a massive house—no, mansion—set back from the road. Warm light spilled from tall windows, and cars lined the circular driveway. Expensive cars. A Porsche. A Tesla. A vintage Jaguar that looked like it belonged in a museum.

’What the actual fuck?’

Liam stared at the house, then at Kelvin. "Dude. What is this?"

"You’ll see." Kelvin parked and hopped out, motioning for Liam to follow.

Liam got out slowly, his eyes still on the mansion.

Every instinct told him this wasn’t his world. He didn’t belong here. But Kelvin was already halfway to the door, so Liam shoved his hands in his pockets and followed.

They walked up to the entrance, where a woman in a sleek black dress stood by the door with a tablet. She smiled politely as they approached.

"Nas?"

"Kelvin Marsh. Plus one."

She tapped the screen, nodded, then gestured to a small table beside her. "Phones and smart watches go here. You’ll get them back when you leave."

Liam stopped. "Wait. Why?"

"House rules," the woman said smoothly. "No recordings, no photos. Privacy is paramount."

’Privacy? What kind of party is this?’

Kelvin was already dropping his phone into a small basket. He glanced back at Liam. "Co on, man. It’s fine."

Liam hesitated, then reluctantly pulled out his phone and set it down. The woman handed them each a blue wristband, the fabric soft and stretchy.

"Blue ans you’re single and open to eting people," she explained, her tone rehearsed. "Enjoy your evening."

Liam slipped the band over his wrist, frowning. Single and open to eting people? What did that even an? He looked at Kelvin, but Kelvin just clapped him on the shoulder and pushed through the front door.

The interior was stunning. Polished marble floors, crystal chandeliers hanging from high ceilings, and art on the walls that looked like it belonged in a gallery. Soft jazz played from hidden speakers, mixing with the low hum of conversation and laughter.

People were everywhere. Dressed sharp, like they’d stepped out of a magazine. n in tailored suits and button-downs. Won in dresses that clung to every curve, heels clicking against the marble.

Liam stayed close to Kelvin, scanning the room.

Sothing was off.

He couldn’t put his finger on it, but the energy felt different. People were talking, laughing, drinking, but there was sothing underneath it all. A charge in the air. Like everyone was waiting for sothing.

His eyes moved over the crowd, and that’s when he noticed the wristbands.

Everyone was wearing them. But not all blue.

So people, mostly couples, from the way they stood close together, wore pink bands. Others had orange. And a few, the rarest, wore gold.

’What’s with the colors?’
