The throne room was silent as Jax, Sabrina, and Serika entered.

The vast chamber seed alive with gentle energy. Soft rays of sunlight filtered through towering crystal windows high above, scattering into thousands of shimring rainbows across the polished floor.

Streams of luminous water flowed through shallow channels carved into the crystal tiles, winding their way through beds of radiant flowers that released faint glowing motes into the air.

At the far end of the chamber rose a colossal white tree whose trunk was wider than most towers in Terra. Its bark glowed with a soft silver sheen, and its imnse branches stretched upward into the ceiling, rging seamlessly with the palace structure itself.

Jax looked at the Faerie Queen as she sat on that magnificent throne. She was absolutely breathtaking.

Even compared to the other faeries they had seen so far, her presence stood apart.

Her hair flowed down her back like liquid moonlight, shimring with faint erald highlights that glowed softly with the ambient mana. Her skin held a radiant warmth, as though sunlight itself rested beneath it.

But it was her wings that truly set her apart.

They were enormous, much larger than those of the other faeries.

Four wings instead of two.

Each one shaped like delicate butterfly glass, filled with shifting patterns of erald, gold, and sapphire light. When they moved even slightly, they scattered tiny prisms of color throughout the chamber.

Her eyes were deep green, calm with alot of wisdom as she watched them approach with a gentle smile.

Beside the throne stood several other faeries in elegant ceremonial attire, likely mbers of her court. None spoke, but their attention remained fully focused on Jax.

Aelthira stepped forward and bowed deeply, "Your Majesty, the guests have arrived."

The Faerie Queen inclined her head slightly.

"Thank you, Aelthira."

Her voice was soft. Yet it carried effortlessly through the entire hall. Aelthira stepped aside and moved toward the edge of the chamber.

Now all attention centered on the three visitors.

Jax continued forward until he stood several ters before the throne. He offered a respectful nod of his head, "Your Majesty."

Sabrina followed his lead with a graceful bow. Serika bowed even deeper, her fox ears lowered politely.

The Faerie Queen studied them for a mont and her smile widened, "So this is the new Demon King."

Her gaze lingered on Jax thoughtfully, "I must admit. You are not quite what I expected."

Jax raised an eyebrow.

"Oh?"

She leaned slightly forward on her throne.

"When one hears the title ’Demon King,’ one often imagines soone... more dramatic."

Sabrina smirked quietly.

Jax shrugged.

"I try not to live up to stereotypes."

The Queen laughed softly.

The sound was light and warm, like wind chis stirred by a gentle breeze.

"I appreciate that."

She sat back comfortably against the natural throne. "I am Queen Elyndra Sylvara, Sovereign of the Faerie Realm and Keeper of the Verdant Crown."

Her wings shifted slightly behind her, "It is a pleasure to finally et you, Demon King Jax."

Jax nodded.

"The pleasure is mutual."

Queen Elyndra’s gaze drifted briefly to Sabrina.

"The Succubus Saintess."

Sabrina inclined her head with practiced elegance.

"Your Majesty."

Then Elyndra looked toward Serika.

Her eyes softened and turned to Serika, "And a fox-kin,"

Serika froze slightly under the attention, "I—I am Serika, Your Majesty..."

The Queen smiled kindly, "You carry great potential."

Serika looked ready to hide behind Jax.

Elyndra returned her focus to the Demon King.

"Thank you for coming on such short notice."

Jax folded his arms loosely, "You made it sound important."

It is." The Queen’s expression shifted slightly to a more serious one, and even the faerie courtiers along the sides of the hall also straightened subtly.

Jax imdiately noticed and Sabrina noticed too.

Elyndra continued, "For countless ages, the Faerie Realm has remained neutral in the conflicts of Terra."

Her fingers rested lightly against the living armrest of the throne, "We observe and learn, but rarely intervene,"

Jax nodded, "So I’ve heard."

Elyndra’s eyes sharpened slightly.

"However... the balance of the world is changing. The Summoned Heroes are far more powerful than natural warriors, and then there’s the rising power of the Demon Kingdom under your rule poses a threat of us falling behind,"

Her gaze lifted toward the vast windows. She looked back at Jax, "These events are creating ripples even we cannot ignore."

Sabrina spoke calmly, "You’re concerned about the war."

Elyndra shook her head.

"Not concerned, I’m just looking out for our people," The Faerie Queen said with a smile.

She gestured gently with one hand, "We’ve had partnerships in the past with other groups, but those have usually been very short term trading agreents. However, now we wish to build a long-term partnership with the Demon Kingdom,"

Serika blinked and Sabrina raised an eyebrow while Jax remained still, but his interest sharpened imdiately, "A partnership."

Elyndra nodded, "Yes."

She gestured lightly. A glowing sphere of light appeared above her palm. Inside it ford a miniature illusion of the Demon Kingdom.

It showed off the Capital City, but most prominently was a sleek train moving across glowing rails. Sabrina recognized it instantly.

"Our High-Speed Mana Trains."

Elyndra smiled and nodded, "Exactly."

The illusion zood closer to the train system, "These technological innovations are fascinating."

Her eyes glead with genuine curiosity.

"The ability to move large populations and cargo across vast distances with such efficiency..."

She shook her head slightly in admiration.

"Even the Faeries have never pursued such engineering."

Jax tilted his head.

"You want them."

Elyndra did not bother denying it.

"Yes."

She allowed the illusion to dissolve into drifting particles of light.

"The Faerie Realm exists separately from Terra, but we still conduct trade with select kingdoms. Your transportation system would revolutionize that trade."

Sabrina crossed her arms.

"And in exchange?"

The Queen’s smile deepened.

"Quite a lot. Plus, we’ll obviously be giving you a portion of all profit we earn from these trades,"

She waved her hand again and a new illusion appeared. This ti it showed vast farmlands.

Golden crops growing rapidly beneath glowing sunlight. Forests blooming with fruit-bearing trees. Clear rivers flowing through fertile soil.

"The Faeries possess unmatched mastery over nature magic."

Her voice carried quiet pride.

"We can accelerate crop growth."

"Enrich soil indefinitely."

"Create ecosystems that sustain themselves. We know you’re pursuing agriculture at the mont, and we can provide great assistance," The Queen said.

The illusion shifted again. Now showing cities filled with clean water systems, glowing plants providing natural lighting, and enchanted structures regulating climate.

"We can also improve quality of life throughout your kingdom, through our Magic,"

Sabrina’s strategist mind was already calculating. Agricultural independence, population growth and even infrastructure improvents. All without massive industrial strain.

Jax spoke.

"And you want the trains."

Elyndra smiled, "And continued technological exchange. To make the deal sweeter, we’ll cut off our trade relationships with the Holy Church and Kingdom of Luria, that is how important we believe this is,"
