"...Who am I?"
Feeling an imnse headache the mont he returned to the waking world, it took a while for Valyr to sit upright, the thoughts in his mind a jumble as he went through the mories
he'd seen just now.
"I'm... Azradas Vol'sagaxa..." muttered Valyr to himself, only to shake his head as he forced his mind to focus. "No... I'm Valyr Zeihardt."
"Azradas... Valyr..."
"...Haah." Feeling like he'd finally set his mind straight, Valyr let out a wide sigh of relief as The realized that he was close to forgetting who he really was.
Then again, the mories he'd gone through while unconscious were far more vivid than any of the mories he'd made so far, all of them packed to the brim with information and small details to the point that Valyr thought of so of them as useless.
Giving himself a bit more ti to gather both his bearings and thoughts, the young man soon had a fearful expression as he wondered how much ti had passed since he fell unconscious. Bringing up his status screen in response to the thought, Valyr soon let out yet another sigh of relief after calculating that only a few minutes had passed since he'd fallen unconscious. Though, after the relief he felt died down, he soon felt imnse confusion regarding the entire situation. After all, how were all of those mories still so vivid in his mind even though he'd only gone through them for a few minutes.
'If anything, it felt like those mories lasted for thousands of years,' thought Valyr to himself, deciding to push the mories to the side for the anti as the system reminded him that he had yet to look at the notifications he received.
Ding!
Knowing that the notifications undoubtedly appeared while he was in the midst of going through all of those mories, Valyr's curiosity was at its peak as he wanted to get a better sense of what was going on.
Yet, as he went through the notifications one by one, the young man's curiosity only turned into even greater confusion.
[The skills 'Eyes of the Erudite' and 'Eyes of Transcendence' have fused together to form 'Eyes of the Sagacious One'.]
[With the eyes of the Sagacious One, your innate self has begun to peer beyond falsehoods, its entire being ready to awaken at any mont.]
[You have obtained the title 'Inheritor of the Sagacious One's Will'.]
[You have obtained the title 'Inheritor of the Truthseekers' Will'.]
[You have obtained the title 'Witness of the Truthseekers' End'.]
Reading through the notification he'd received, Valyr imdiately skipped over the first two he received. After all, the notifications were more or less similar to the ones he got after fusing [Eyes of Enlightennt] and [Eyes of Awakening] together.
If anything, his focus was on the three titles he obtained out of nowhere, prompting him to think that the titles all had sothing to do with the mories he'd seen.
'I get where the third title is coming from,' muttered Valyr to himself inwardly. 'After all, one of the mories I saw has sothing to do with the downfall of the Truthseekers and their planet.'
'On the other hand, none of the mories give an idea on where the two remaining titles would co from,' continued the young man, rubbing his chin as he went over the mories in his mind again and again.
However, seeing as even going through all of the mories did not give him any additional clue whatsoever, he decided to take a look at the description of the two titles themselves...
Only to be shown two screens that did not help out in any way either.
[Inheritor of the Sagacious One's Will] (Title)
Rarity: ???
Break the chains. Right the wrongs. Show them what they deserve.
[Inheritor of the Truthseeker's Will] (Title)
Rarity: ???
Their only wish was to discover the first truth the universe created. Yet, the universe itself condemns them from doing so.
"...Yeah. I know too little information to co up with a theory." Letting out a sigh as he finished going through the enigmatic descriptions of the two titles, Valyr eventually decided not to think about them for the anti.
Instead, he shifted his focus towards sothing he had a higher chance of piecing together, which was the relation of everything he'd gone through just now with the Shard of Defiance's Resonance Mode.
"I may not know what exactly the Shard of Defiance's Resonance Mode is, but what I do know is that it has sothing to do with Vaughn's plans," said Valyr to himself, only to recall what Vaughn had told him in the past.
Briefly sporting a fearful expression on his face, the young man imdiately shifted his solo discussion in his mind as he continued his train of thought. 'If I rember what Vaughn told back then correctly, he wants to try and destroy the Apparatus.'
'On the other hand, the mories that were shown to were of Azradas, the Sagacious One.'
'Though most of it talked about how he'd beco the Sagacious One in the first place, the final mory is the thing I should definitely focus on,' thought Valyr to himself with a serious expression. 'The Sagacious One's unwillingness to join in the creation of the Apparatus.'
Focusing his attention back on that specific mory, Valyr went over it in far greater detail than ever before, allowing him to obtain far more information than what the mory had initially given him.
With the new information he'd obtained, he was eventually able to ascertain that the tower he'd seen just before he entered the Shard of Defiance's Resonance Mode was none other than the Eternal Tower that Azradas was trapped in.
Recalling the phrase that was spoken to him just as he entered that ethereal state, the young man had a gut feeling that the one saying that was none other than Azradas, though he was not that certain compared to his earlier thought.
Nevertheless, with all of the thoughts between the Shard of Defiance and Azradas going on in his mind, Valyr eventually ca to a conclusion that would sound like gibberish to the normal
person.
'In short, Vaughn's plans of eventually destroying the Apparatus all starts with the Shard of Defiance, which has sothing to do with the Sagacious One.'
'I'm guessing it has sothing to do with that title that man ntioned in the end...'
'Reality Breaker...'
"Man." At so point, Valyr let out a wry chuckle at the absurdity of his thoughts. "I don't
know what I've gotten myself into..."
"But I've got a good feeling this might help us win the final battle."
