"…Just in the nick of ti."

Seeing the territory of his guild enter his field of vision, Valyr let out a wide sigh of relief as he dispelled the azure dragon under his feet.

Swoosh!

Making use of a burst of wind to cushion his fall, the young man soon found himself at a small forest clearing, only to then lie on the ground the mont he confird there were no other people in the vicinity.

"That… was tiring." After checking that he still had a bit of ti before [Soul Shift] deactivated on his own, Valyr let out a long exhale as he thought back to how he spent the past two days.

Assuming his identity as Valyr Zeihardt once more, the young man planned on making the most out of the ti he had by focusing on the prerequisite quests for his main class.

With that, he swiftly made his way to Astella City's Blacksmith Guild, only to then find himself at Algerie Kingdom's Blacksmith Guild a few minutes after that.

Although it had only been a couple of weeks since he last appeared in the guild, Valyr was slightly taken aback after seeing how most of the blacksmiths he ca across looked at him with awe and reverence in their eyes.

Though, after seeing Julian look at him a similar way the mont they t up, it did not take long for him to understand what was going on, causing him to sigh in resignation as he 'decided' to take up a forging quota.

'If not for the fact I could conjure a lot more arms with Mystic Energy, I would've probably spent all of the ti I had just forging weapons for the Blacksmith Guild,' muttered Valyr to himself inwardly, shuddering at the what-if scenario he avoided.

Taking on the cost of additional ntal strain, the young man went all out while working on the forging quota, using up all the Pri Azure Energy and Mystic Energy in his body to conjure as much translucent arms as he could possibly withstand.

Because of that, it only took him just shy of six hours to complete one of the guild's usual forging quota, leaving Julian at a complete loss for words the mont he heard about it.

With his obligations to the guild out of the way, it went without saying that Valyr focused on completing his prerequisite quests after that.

Prioritizing the quest that needed him to forge three weapons of Epic grade or higher, the young man used all of the forging skills in his arsenal as he spent a total of a day and a half completing that quest.

Of course, by the ti he was done, Julian unsurprisingly took interest towards those weapons, wondering if he had any plans on selling them through the guild or through an auction.

In response, the young man shook his head, telling him that he wasn't finished working on the weapons just yet.

After all, while forging the three weapons for the quest, Valyr went out of his way to make sure the three weapons were aligned towards the three other elents his Hamr of Beginnings needed.

As long as he upgraded all of them to Legendary grade, then it wouldn't be long before the Hamr of Beginnings would beco a true Legendary grade artifact.

Not only that, but he would also be able to evolve his main class to the next grade, effectively killing two birds with one stone.

Thankfully, Julian did not pursue the matter any further after that, instead asking Valyr if he could watch him upgrade the weapons to Legendary grade.

In response, the young man agreed, making use of the opportunity to ask about the materials he requested after that.

Whoosh!

"It definitely took far longer than I thought it would take, but I finally have the parts needed to upgrade my True Wyvern Armor."

Taking out a gray orb from his spatial bracelet, Valyr admired how it glistened for a bit as he thought about the various hoops he had to go through to get it.

"Add on the Ancient Wyvern parts I'd get from Mystia, my armor set is pretty much set to last even after I beco a Myth," said the young man, only to let out a chuckle after that.

With Julian watching him forge by the side, Valyr spent most of the remaining ti he had in his other identity upgrading one of the three weapons to Legendary grade.

Unfortunately, although he already reached a level of proficiency that gave him great confidence in upgrading said weapons, the young man was only able to make preliminary preparations within the limited ti he had.

After all, even the first Legendary grade weapon he forged took him half a month to complete.

In comparison, he only roughly had a day left before [Soul Shift] deactivated on its own.

Because of that, whether Valyr wanted to or not, the young man more or less left Julian on a cliffhanger as he made his way back to Astella City as fast as possible.

"I'll have to make it up to him in the future," murmured Valyr to himself at the thought, letting out a faint sigh as he stored the gray orb back into his spatial bracelet.

Then, after making sure that he didn't forget anything, he returned to his player identity, heading back to his guild's territory before spending the remainder of his session practicing the 6th level of the scripture.

Surprisingly, he was about to achieve it just minutes before he decided to log out early for the day.

"…Guess I'm gonna focus on the scripture for the anti."

Logging into Greater Beyond once more, Valyr let out a low sigh as he thought about how he'd have to wait for a long while before he could use [Soul Shift] again.

Pondering as to whether or not he should ascend to match his other identity's level as soon as possible, the young man eventually pushed the thought aside for the anti, considering that there was more he could do to strengthen himself before ascending.

Ding!

"Hmm?" Just as he was about to start practicing the scripture once more, Valyr received a notification from the system, prompting him to take a look at its cause.

Seeing that it was a ssage from Dalton, the young man went ahead and opened it with a hint of expectation, recalling the conversation they previously shared.

Fortunately, the ssage he got aligned with his expectations.

"Once you receive this ssage, co to the Mage Guild as soon as possible."

"Your opportunity for the subclass has co."
