Jotting down the areas Valyr planned on tackling on their tablet, the organizer eventually gave him a nod of confirmation.

"Alright," said the organizer to him, briefly wishing him the best of luck before moving onto the next participant. "You're now free to head to the areas you've chosen for testing."

Nodding back in acknowledgnt, the young man went ahead and broke away from the square formation, only to use his movent skill to traverse the various areas.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Pushing his perception to its utmost limit, Valyr decided to circle around the entire ground a couple of tis first, making a note in his mind beforehand of the locations of the three areas chosen.

After he had made sure that he knew exactly which area was where, it was only then did he proceed to one of the areas, where another organizer on standby gave him a knowing glance.

"Na?" asked the man, bringing out his tablet in preparation for the next procedure.

"Azure Mage," said Valyr in response, briefly glancing at the large sign where the word 'Magic' was written before shifting his gaze towards the other participants doing their attempts in the area.

Unsurprisingly, since the areas that were being tested were broad in scope, it was no surprise that the tests the other participants were going through were broad as well, with each test seemingly tacking a facet that made up the entire concept of magic.

"…Alright." Whilst Valyr continued to watch the other participants from afar, the organizer did not take long to find the young man's information on the tablet. "I've just confird that one of the areas you've chosen is magic."

Giving the man a faint nod in response, Valyr continued to remain silent as the forr proceeded to give him an explanation. "Before you proceed to the area ahead of , let tell you in advance that you will be tested in five aspects related to magic."

"The aspects in question are as follows: capacity, control, potency, efficiency, and recovery."

"Keep in mind that each test has a separate grade, which will then be combined and averaged out to obtain your final grade for this specific area," continued the organizer, to which Valyr nodded in understanding.

"Also, take note that your final grade needs to be Silver in order for you to be considered to have passed this area. Sa goes for the other areas on this field, actually."

After asking a couple more questions for clarification, Valyr eventually moved past the organizer, heading towards the rightmost portion of the magic area.

"Capacity," murmured the young man as he looked at the sign by the side, only for his attention to then shift towards the attendant that had been loitering near the sign all this ti.

Noticing Valyr's presence near the sign, the attendant made his way forward before giving him a quick rundown of what he needed to do. "For this test, what you need to do is fill as many orbs with your mana as you can."

Raising a cerulean glass orb in front of the young man, he continued, "Filling up 20 orbs nets you Bronze, while filling 50 gives you Silver."

"Filling 100 nets you Gold, while any number over 175 pretty much guarantees you Platinum, the highest grade possible for a test."

"And that number is all in one go, right?" asked Valyr, his expression that of slight confusion.

"Yes." The attendant nodded. "Note that there will be soone assigned to monitor you during the test in order to make sure you don't use recovery potions or anything similar along the way."

Giving the man a firm nod of understanding in response, Valyr went ahead and headed deeper into the testing area, eventually finding a testing spot that wasn't occupied by the other participants.

Briefly glancing at the proctor that had arrived to monitor him, the young man gave them a slight nod of recognition before checking to see how many orbs there were in his vicinity.

Seeing that there was more than enough orbs to exceed twice the number needed to reach platinum star, Valyr took a deep breath to regain his composure as he gazed at the orbs surrounding him one more ti.

'I wonder how many orbs I can fill up?'

As this thought surfaced in his mind, the young man soon got to work, sending strand after strand of mana towards the orbs surrounding him.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Making use of the exemplary control he had over his mana, it did not take long for him to fill up a few orbs at once, taking a brief mont to confirm that they were filled to the brim before proceeding onto another batch of orbs.

Swoosh!

Naturally, the speed at which he filled the orbs began to catch the attention of others surrounding him, with even the proctor assigned to him looking at the young man with a hint of shock and disbelief in their eyes.

In the end, by the ti Valyr had squeezed every last drop of mana in his body, he was able to fill 192 orbs to the brim, just eight orbs shy of reaching the next hundred.

"…Ehem." Astounded by the speed the young man filled those orbs, it took a while for the proctor to regain their bearings, briefly clearing their throat before announcing their results.

"In one go, you have filled 192 orbs to the brim. With that, your final grade for capacity is Platinum."

Giving the proctor a nod of acknowledgnt, the young man thanked them for their ti as he watched them write his test results down on a tablet.

After getting a thumbs-up from the proctor after so ti, it was only then did Valyr move onto the next test for magic, which he had pretty much blown out of the water just like what he did for the capacity test.

One by one, his identity as an exemplary mage slowly beca more and more well-known to the audience, especially to those who hadn't known him as the dark horse of the tournant back in Astella City.

By the end of it, a decent number of people in the audience had taken note of who he was, with many of them in disbelief that soone like him was under the radar this entire ti.

Especially since he had achieved Platinum on all five tests.
