Whoosh!

Just Ataraxia had received a large influx of information in response to the man’s actions, the young man was forced to shift his attention away from it for a bit as he noticed his senses undergo a slight transformation.

Though it wasn’t a transformation in the literal sense, at the very mont Aeramis sent the second skill his way, the young man felt as if his perception towards his own mass had been skewed in so way.

However, it wasn’t skewed in a way where he now had the ability to fully perceive how heavy he was in relation to the gravity of the place he was in.

Instead, what he felt was that he now had the ability to ignore the mass his body had, which imdiately allowed Ataraxia to understand what was going on the mont he ca to that realization.

’It’s definitely the second skill he gave ,’ thought the young man to himself, a hint of excitent appearing on his face as he thought about how he had enticed the mbers of his guild to enter the inheritance with the skill at the start.

Then again, unlike the movent skills his friends and the other guild mbers would obtain, the young man had no doubt that his skill would be the most potent version of in every way imaginable.

After all, not only had he chosen to trek the path of Breaking Barriers, but he had also gone above and beyond throughout the entire inheritance itself, which Aeramis already ntioned had affected the quality of his rewards.

With that, even though it seed like the creator of the inheritance still had sothing to give to him, the young man went ahead and brought up the description of his newly obtained skill in front of him, only to bring up the description of the first skill he got a few seconds later.

Ding!

[Supre Codex of Skybound Perpetuity] (Lv. MAX)

Rarity: Ancient (Special)

In his journey towards achieving his lifelong goal, the Fleet-footed Monarch had focused most of his ti towards the refinent and improvent of his movent skills.

Though the man had created a myriad number of powerful movent skills that all originate back to him, the Fleet-footed Monarch only recognizes a select number of them, with one of them receiving his greatest attention.

Wondering if it was possible to be unfettered by the obstacles that litter the ground he often trekked, the Fleet-footed Monarch eventually decided to set his sights towards the skies, confident that greater potential existed within this thought.

Although the man had sacrificed and toiled by an uncountable number of years towards this endeavor, the man’s efforts eventually borne fruit, manifesting into a movent skill that achieved the pinnacle of movent in any way.

Seeing as the skill had given him the ability to zoom across the skies for an infinite period of ti if he ever chose to, the Fleet-footed Monarch decided to call the skill the [Codex of Skybound Perpetuity].

Though, with his knowledge and experience expanded after becoming known as the Fleet-footed Monarch, he unsurprisingly pushed this skill of his one step further, transforming it into one of the skills he had eventually beco widely known for.

This skill gives the user the ability to levitate and move across the sky whenever they choose to do so. The speed and the complexity of the maneuvers done by the user are highly dependent on the amount of energy the user chooses to keep the skill active.

However, the speed and the complexity of the maneuvers can be augnted with the infusion of concepts that align with the skill, reducing the burden while also increasing the effectiveness of the skill’s abilities in every possible way.

Maximum speed: Mach 9 (based on maximum energy consumption at equilibrium)

Concept efficacy boost: 30% (based on highest-graded concept)

Concept cost reduction: 15% (based on highest-graded concept)

’Holy shit.’

While reading through the description had confird that his change in perception was indeed caused by the newest skill he received, the young man’s attention was eventually caught by the effects of the skill themselves.

Particularly, the speed at which he could move with the skill active.

’If I were to make use of [Intent of Tranquil Winds] while using the skill, then that mans I would be able to reach a maximum speed of over Mach 11,’ thought the young man, sucking in a cold breath of air as he tried to imagine how much distance he’d be able to cover.

At the sa ti, it made him think about his personal movent skill, getting the feeling that the skill he worked on during the third trial had now beco a bit lackluster in his eyes.

’Then again, they tackle two different aspects.’ Fortunately, after giving the entire thing a bit more thought, the disappointnt he held towards his personal movent skill disappeared.

Especially if he were to consider the fact that he now had more than enough ability to upgrade it even further if he wanted to.

"Say... does this skill stack with my personal movent skill by any chance?"

While trying to get a better grasp of how the skill operated by doing a few experints on the side, Ataraxia eventually asked a question regarding the skill to Aeramis.

"It does not," replied the latter, faintly shaking his head. "Though, you are free to make use of the chanics that power the skill to improve your own movent skill to a similar level."

"Aside from that, only skills similar to [Art of Greater Montum] would stack with your personal movent skill, which I should remind you to register with the system lest you forget."

As those words left his mouth, the man also took it as an opportunity to give Ataraxia the final skill he planned on giving him. "Speaking of skills that stack with your movent skill, the third and final skill I plan on giving you actually falls under that category."

Ding!

[You have obtained the passive skill ’Saga of Marathons’.]

Hearing the system go off in his mind the mont the man was done talking, Ataraxia went ahead and looked at his notifications, imdiately becoming curious as to how the skill worked after reading its na.

Though, once he brought up the description of the skill in front of him, the young man could not help but give Aeramis a slightly odd expression.
