Making his way towards the pile of materials the staff mber just dropped off, Valyr began sorting them out according to the type, keeping in mind the type of weapon that suited the material.

"In total, I'll need to forge around 14 to 15 weapon types. So of them only require to forge Uncommon grade versions of those weapons, while so require to forge Rare grade or Rare grade versions."

Going through the list of objectives he needed to complete the quest Julian gave him, it only took a couple of minutes for the young man to sort all of the materials accordingly, satisfied with his effort.

Then, releasing a bit of Azure Energy, he manipulated it to wrap around one of the smaller material piles he'd ford, bringing it along with him as he made his way back to the furnace.

Adjusting the furnace's temperature accordingly to the materials, he then chucked part of the materials he'd brought along into it.

Fwoosh! Fwoosh!

Placing the remaining materials he'd yet to chuck into the furnace to the side, Valyr went ahead and allocated XP to all of his forging skills, going through them one by one.

Ding!

[Would you like to consu 1 Common grade Skill Key, 1 Uncommon grade Skill Key, and 1,049,986 XP to upgrade 'Forging Art of the First Blacksmith' to the peak of Uncommon grade?]

And so, while waiting for the first batch of materials he'd chucked into the furnace to get up to their optimal temperature, Valyr thodically upgraded all of his forging skills to the peak of Uncommon grade.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Unsurprisingly, accompanying the massive increase in level was a great influx of information that gave Valyr more information on the specific field of forging corresponding to the skill he upgraded.

Though, as he planned on going through his skills one by one, the information he received was organized and processed smoothly, prompting a satisfied smile to adorn his face by the ti he was done.

"I suppose it's ti to make use of these new skills," said Valyr to himself with a grin, grabbing a pair of tongs from the workshop's tool rack before using it to pick up so of the materials from the furnace.

Thud.

"I'll focus on making swords first." Placing the materials on the anvil, Valyr went ahead and chucked the remaining materials into the furnace.

Then, briefly glancing at the glowing red tal he'd be working with, the young man swung his Hamr of Beginnings into the air before using it to hamr the tal flat.

Ttang! Ttang! Ttang!

"Huh. It feels smoother than before." At the very mont he began swinging his hamr, Valyr imdiately felt the changes brought about by the forging skills he obtained from his new class.

Feeling as if the entire forging process would not take long, the young man soon had a wry smile on his face. "Who knew a difference of just a single rarity would have this much of an effect on forging?"

Deciding to familiarize himself more with his newly obtained forging skills, the young man continued hamring on the tal, beginning the process of forging his first ever piece of equipnt after he'd gotten out of the inheritance.

Focusing all of his attention on the item he was making, Valyr briefly thought about the blueprint he was going to use for the sword, going over the instructions in his mind as his body kept moving.

Getting a rough estimate that he would take around four hours or so to finish forging his first sword, the young man nodded to himself in faint understanding, wondering if now was a good ti to make use of the First Blacksmith's counterpart to [True Prodigious Mana Arm].

"I should finish forging this sword with my own hands first before moving onto using that skill," muttered Valyr to himself after a bit of deliberation, prompting him to put in a bit more effort into forging the sword.

Ttang! Ttang! Ttang!

Thus, as the sound of Valyr's hamr clashed against the tal he was working with, the young man gradually transford the materials he'd picked up into a fine sword, forming it into a blade by the ti half an hour had passed.

After that, he went through a couple of passes between the anvil and furnace, refining the blade even further by removing the imperfections he saw through [Hunter's Tracking Eyes].

At the sa ti, he made use of the First Blacksmith's counterpart of [True Prodigious Blacksmith's Sight], which was aptly nad [Vision of the First Blacksmith].

Similar to [True Prodigious Blacksmith's Sight], [Vision of the First Blacksmith] allowed Valyr to view if all of the elents making up the item were unified and harmonious, being shown to him in the form of various colors.

However, unlike [True Prodigious Blacksmith's Sight], [Vision of the First Blacksmith] went one step further in allowing him to refine the final product, showing him all of the minute imperfections that [Hunter's Tracking Eyes] could not detect.

Surprisingly, even with both skills showing the great number of imperfections he had to fix, the young man spent less than his initial estimate, reaching around three and a half hours by the ti he was done with his first sword.

Schwing!

Utilizing the sword he'd just forged in a few basic combat movents, Valyr imdiately nodded in satisfaction, sensing the great balance and sharpness the sword held.

"I feel like if I pushed myself a bit more, I'd begin to feel like this sword could cut through air," said the young man to himself, slightly amused at the thought.

"Anyways, one down, many more to go." Placing the sword on the spot he designated earlier to be where he placed his finished pieces at, Valyr briefly identified the sword he'd just forged before proceeding with the next one.

Ding!

"Level 55. Rare." At the very mont he read the weapon's rarity and level requirent, a slightly awkward smile adorned Valyr's face as he thought about how he'd imdiately finished one of the more difficult quotas of the quest.

Even though the sword he just forged was his very first one.

"Not to ntion the materials I used to forge it are mostly common tals," said Valyr to himself. "Is this the effect of an Ancient grade production class?"

Smiling at the thought he just ca up with, the young man soon engrossed himself into forging once more, continuing to forge the swords needed to fulfill the quota.

Though he told himself earlier that he'd make use of that specific production skill by the ti he was finished with his first sword, Valyr decided to familiarize himself with the new forging skills even more.

'I feel like there's still a lot more I could squeeze out of these skills,' thought Valyr to himself as he moved onto his second sword.

And surprisingly, there was.

By the ti he finished going through his second sword, Valyr had shaved off around 10 minutes or so in forging ti when compared to his first attempt.

Then, by the ti he'd reached his fourth sword, the young man had shaved down even more ti, now totaling 20 minutes when compared to his first attempt.

Ttang! Ttang! Ttang!

Putting on the finishing touches on the final sword for the quota, Valyr looked at it with satisfaction as he identified its properties.

Ding!

Swinging it around to see if the sword felt similar to the other ones he'd forged before, a faint smile adorned the young man's face after seeing the final sword he forged boast the sa requirents and rarity as the other swords.

After that, he took a look at the amount of ti he'd taken to forge his final sword, making use of the rarely used stopwatch feature the system had. "Half an hour less compared to the first attempt…"

"Yeah… I think that's more than enough getting used to," said Valyr as he saw that, deciding to take a quick break now that he'd gone through a tenth of his quota.

With that, the young man sent a brief ssage to Julian. At the sa ti, he inford one of the staff mbers that he'd be grabbing a quick al outside.

After getting out of the Blacksmith Guild, it did not take long for him to find a small eatery to dine in, imdiately ordering a al usually made for two by the ti he sat down.

'I pushed myself harder than I thought I would,' thought Valyr to himself as he bitterly smiled, his stomach faintly grumbling.

Thankfully, it did not take long for his food to arrive, devouring it whole in a matter of minutes.

While eating his fill, he thought about the weapon types he'd tackle next, as well as the blueprints he'd be using for each weapon type.

'Now that I think about it, I've been using the blueprints I've gotten from the inheritance,' thought Valyr to himself as he gave his body ti to digest the food. 'Before that, I was coming up with blueprints on the fly. If not that, I was using blueprints I've gotten from my past life.'

"I should really take a look at the Blacksmith Guild's blueprints," muttered Valyr not long after, making his way back to the Blacksmith Guild now that he was done eating. "If I think about it, I've only gotten the Tier 1 Upgrade Alloy blueprint from the guild so far."

"Hmm… yeah. I'll think about it a bit more after I'm done forging all these weapons."

Returning back to his workshop, Valyr imdiately grabbed another pile of materials he'd organized beforehand with the help of Azure Energy, placing it near the furnace before chucking part of them in.

Then, taking in a deep breath, he went over the forging process he used for the swords earlier in his mind, closing his eyes as he vividly recalled them.

By the ti he was done, he took a look at the furnace before raising its temperature by infusing a bit of his energy into it.

"Now that I'm done with swords… I guess it's ti to move on to spears." Looking at the materials in the furnace for a bit, Valyr briefly thought about how he'd go about completing the quota Julian given him.

Once he'd made up his mind on how he was going to approach it, he then activated a skill he'd been saving up to this point, causing a great number of translucent limbs to appear around him.

"[Epheral Limbs of the First Blacksmith]."
