The Crunchy Coil studio.

One of the many stations that was covering the Gas each month. But there was sothing special about this one particular studio, however—they were the ones who happened to capture Adam in the desert during the last Ga.

During and a few days after that Ga, they had been on top of the world. Millions of views and subscriptions, with so even buying the rights for Adam's highlights from them, which gave them a ton of money.

Money that they used to upgrade their entire drone fleet. Money… that they shouldn't have used at all. Because after the hype died down, and the rest of the world moved on from the last Ga and just chose to check on Adam outside of it… they've lost all their subscribers.

Right now, they were days away from filing for bankruptcy if nothing happened.

Johnny, who happened to be the Drone Director who captured Adam in the last Ga, was now a second away from screaming in frustration. His fingers trembled as he adjusted the drone controls, sweat beading on his forehead despite the air conditioning humming inside his van.

"Eight hours…" he muttered. "Eight fucking goddamn hours and nothing interesting happened! This is the most vanilla thing I have watched since Harry t Sally."

His team didn't really know whether to laugh at that or just look away. They couldn't bla him; he was right. The battle they were assigned to was about to end, with the Blue Creeps probably less than an hour away from winning.

Their viewer count was promising at first, with people probably thinking they would see sothing interesting again. But now, it was sitting at a pathetic count of 250.

"This is bullshit," Johnny muttered, glancing at the chat where the sa twelve people kept asking when sothing interesting would happen.

"J, the boss told us to start wrapping it up and just go on autopilot." One of his teammates said. "Blue team's about to win. Nothing's happening."

"Wait," Johnny said, watching the blue creeps march toward the enemy Spawn Crystal. "Just a little more. I know there's sothing here."

His teammate sighed. "He's right, you know. Shit… they spent all the money with these new equipnt. They should've just given us a bonus."

Johnny ignored him, and then… he made a bold decision. He pulled his drone away from the boring final push. The sa bold decision that had led him to Adam before—abandoning the main action to explore.

To find another unicorn.

First, he checked the Emperor. The warrior stood motionless in its clearing, untouched. The battle was so vanilla that no one even attempted to defeat the Emperor.

Then he flew toward the Do's edge, finding the IBAA station.

"J, what are you doing? They might shoot the drone down, and we're really never going to get that bonus."

"Well, that would be sothing," Johnny whispered, scoffing as he squinted. "That would at least get the chat sothing to talk about. Now, let's see what these underpaid shits are up—holy shit."

"What? What?" His team all sat up in their chairs.

"Holy shit!" Even Johnny got up from his chair, almost hitting himself on the ceiling of the van, and took his headgear off.

"What is it?!"

Johnny's hands froze on the controls. There, standing among a cluster of white tents and confused researchers, was a figure in a black suit. The sa build, the sa stance, the sa—

"No fucking way."

He zood in, heart hamring. The figure turned, and Johnny saw the face that had made him famous a month ago.

"It's Adam the Endless!"

"What?!" His team quickly gathered together to look at the feed.

"Erika!" Johnny scread, not caring who heard him. "Tell the boss to redirect all the stream to us! Quick!"

His team quickly called the studio, sending an ergency alert to the entire station. Within seconds, the studio erupted. The people were asking what happened, with the other Drone Directors complaining and screaming why their feed was removed.

But very soon, they found out why.

And the chat found out why.
