Scarlett needed to see the doctor, and as the ’culprit,’ Chi Enen naturally had to accompany her.
The Li family already had a personal doctor on hand, and since the injury was just a small scrape on the knee, the doctor quickly finished the dical checkup and treated the wound.

These words perfectly aligned with Scarlett’s intentions. After exchanging a few polite remarks, she agreed to stay.
Old Master Li arranged for the Old Butler to lead her to the guest room. After she departed, he expressionlessly turned around, poured himself a cup of tea, took a sip, and with sharp eyes directed his gaze at Chi Enen. "I asked you to accompany Her Royal Highness for a stroll, and this is how you take soone for a stroll?"
"You deliberately tripped her, didn’t you?"
"... Yes." Chi Enen didn’t explain that the reason she tripped Scarlett was because Scarlett had crossed a line first and she couldn’t hold back anymore.
She initially thought Old Master Li would explode with rage. Unexpectedly, after her admission, he didn’t react much—as if he wasn’t surprised at all. "There better not be a next ti. Leave!"
He didn’t get mad, didn’t issue warnings, didn’t unleash fury—this was entirely outside Chi Enen’s expectations. She thought he would use this incident as an excuse to expel her, but instead, he let it go so easily. This was completely unlike the Old Master’s usual style.
Chi Enen’s bright eyes clouded with guilt, and she felt a trace of regret for acting so impulsively earlier. She whispered softly, "I’m sorry, Grandfather. There won’t be a next ti."
Then, she left quietly on tiptoe.
As Old Master Li watched her retreating figure, his gaze grew complex. The hand gripping his dragon head crutch tightened slightly.
He wasn’t so naive twenty-year-old. He clearly understood what had happened with Scarlett’s fall and injury today.
Given Chi Enen’s personality, she would never make the first move. It must have been Scarlett who did sothing excessive, which provoked Chi Enen to retaliate in turn.
His lack of anger wasn’t only because he discerned the truth of the situation.
