“No need to bother.” Chi Enen rejected without a second thought.
Xi Zelie stepped in front of her, his profile sturdy and dignified, as he pulled her chair back, his attitude firm and not up for debate, “I’ll take you!”
Chi Enen heard the firmness in his tone and furrowed her eyebrows, then thought of asking Xi Zelie to help control Nuonuo’s condition over the next three days, and considering her past misunderstanding of him, she felt apologetic. After a mont of thought, she looked into his eyes and said politely, “Then I’ll trouble you.”
Xi Zelie montarily clumsily avoided her bright pupils, feeling a subtle change in his heart, his thin lips slightly parted, “No trouble, let’s go.”
“Okay.”
Chi Enen didn’t want to be apart from Nuonuo, but now she had to leave her temporarily for three days. She stared at the little girl being entertained by the servant on the sofa, reluctant to shift her gaze away.
