The little girl’s voice was already hoarse from crying so hard; she looked truly distressing, yet she refused to drink water.

Chi Enen really didn’t know what to do, holding the water cup, trying to figure out how to soothe her.
Li Beijue and Si Chen had already co over.
Si Chen, seeing the situation in the room, knew the little guy was causing a fuss again.

Must be a mild fever from the constant crying.
Li Beijue’s expression grew even tighter!
Li Yinuo tilted her head back, her big, red eyes tearfully looking up, sobbing intermittently, “Dad… Uncle… see… Uncle…”

Is she talking about Xi Zelie?

He bent down to pick her up, his proud handso face adjusting as if he were tuning the muscles on his face, showing an awkward but tender look. He deliberately imitated Xi Zelie’s expressions and tone, his voice softened as he gently swayed her, humming, “Two tigers, two tigers, run fast, run fast…”
Li Yinuo hadn’t heard him sing before; the pitter-patter of her sobs slowly quieted down…
