Qin Xin saw that the center of this tremor was right where Song Anjing’s group was.
At this mont, Song Anjing was cleaning and disinfecting a piece of glass embedded in a female teacher’s shoulder and bandaging it up.
The female teacher looked at Song Anjing, a student who always ca last in exams and whom she had scolded countless tis as a "bad student," yet now, in this mont of crisis, she had stepped forward to rescue her. Tears welled up in her eyes, and she deeply regretted having been so harsh and impatient with this student in the past.
She felt a tremor, but she thought it was her remorse that made her shiver.
Song Anjing, however, was fully focused on bandaging, completely unaware that danger was imminent.

Qin Xin pushed Ao Xinghao aside and charged toward Song Anjing.
Beside Song Anjing was a small dical cart with wheels. Qin Xin threw her onto the cart in an instant and stuffed the female teacher onto it as well.
The female teacher’s shoulder was not yet fully bandaged and accidentally got knocked by the handle of the cart, causing sharp pain, but she didn’t make a sound because she knew Qin Xin was saving their lives. She had already seen cracks appear in the ground where they had been, and the earth started shaking again.

The cart rolled downhill towards Ao Xinghao, just in ti to block his path.

"Pah, you’re nothing!" A nurse, with reddened eyes, followed Ao Xinghao and slapped the captain, spat on him, turned, and jumped into the pit to help dig.

"Smack—"
The entire rescue team and dical staff all with choked voices repeated the action, following into the collapsed area to dig.
No one gave orders; everyone acted voluntarily.
Though everyone knew it was useless, the girl who had been buried had selflessly saved hundreds or even thousands of people just monts ago, and now that she was in trouble, no one wanted to stand by. Everyone wanted to do their best.
As for the one who mocked?

Ao Xinghao, while digging, kept muttering to himself: "Xin won’t die, she won’t die. Last ti, in the four-car pile-up, she was fine, dodged a calamity. This ti... she’ll be fine too..."
